I find looking for insurance online can be really confusing and things can get overwhelming quite quickly. Speaking to an advisor over the phone and them assisting with the process just made everything so smooth and easy. Now I have a great policy and peace of mind that I have everything I want within my policy.

Nick was great at explaining everything and took his time to make sure we understood all the different options that were available and explained the pros and cons of each. He listened to what i was looking for and supplied exactly the information I required but also offered good advice, which I took. He had a very good, respectful attitude. People can often be a bit patronising when dealing with older clients. importantly, he did not try to upsell anything.

Excellent service from start to finish. George was very good at explaining everything from how the policy’s operate to what would work best for me and how they would relate individually for my needs. The calls were flexible and I never felt rushed or pushed towards a policy or insurance provider.
