Manchester Airport Meet & Greet. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE AN EARLY FLIGHT as they can’t get out of bed to meet you!! I booked them through A2Z and won’t be using them again either! Followed instructions and called when 10 minutes away at 4am to be told they had no booking for me!! When I asked what am I supposed to do now said see what they say at the meet and greet??? OMG never ever again- most stressful experience I’ve EVER had going on holiday oh and thankful that security took only 15 minutes to get through on 30/4/22 otherwise we would have missed the flight!!

Update: The driver was being honest just discovered the booking agent cancelled the booking but did not email me -booking agent A2Z Was in the wrong here!

I’ve used VacationCare on two occasions this year. Both times the experience was professional. Alan was friendly, courteous and obliging. There was a problem with the storage site on the second occasion but this was immediately resolved. My car was parked up for just over a month. Worked out at about £3.50 per day. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Atrocious service from the get go. On booking, no confirmation of where you even meet the people or where your car is going to be left. I asked for a refund because i thought it was dodgy and they said the owner isn’t in today so they can’t process it and to text a number they gave. I messaged and requested a refund and they said it has been processed, 2 weeks later still no refund so i messaged again for them to reply - ‘ring your bank and ask them to reclaim it for you it’s not letting us refund for some reason’. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone very unprofessional and frankly a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On return to the UK at Manchester my car had obviously been use in my absence. All seats altered, radio retuned and satnav reset. 100 miles of fuel used which meant I had to refuel at very expensive motorway services to get home.
No response to email complaints. Reported to police in case of any speeding/parking tickets landing on my doormat. AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!!!!

I have had a bad experience with their service, as they charged me double for my parking £122 ×2 (4 weeks parking). I have asked several times for my refund, but he always gives me excuses (promised refund next day, staff office on holiday, of sick, bank holiday). Meanwhile I have told him at the time I'm returning back to the UK to collecting my car on the 3rd April and until today they still havent refund my money. Never use them anymore. Bad management !!!! Watch out guys....read their review before you book !!! By the way this is not happening with my, while I was collected from Manchester airport, I over heard there was somebody else had been double charged !!

I recently had bad experience with Vacationcare Limited.
The staff were rude,horrible and nasty people.
I will never use them again.

Firstly, once we arrived I was told to pay an extra £10 on top of what I'd already paid for drop off at the airport. Another couple were in the transfer also who had also paid the same, the drop off price at the airport is £6.

Had to leave my car keys which felt a bit strange as its a multi storey car park so why would they need my keys?

When returning, we were picked up within 20 mins with 2 other couples. When we got to the car park my car was in a different bay, and in a different position (I had reverse parked) and the front window was down.
Looking back I should've looked at the journey calculator on my dash to see how many miles the 'last journey' was.

The driver was talking to a colleague in the front of the van en route back to the car park, mentioning another colleague had picked some customers up in a VW Golf, from what I could see they only used vans to transport us... This golf was probably a customer's car!

Would not trust these people one bit, will not park here again!

😡Absolutely Shocking service from this company, told to pay a extra £10 for drop off at M/C airport on top of tariff. Vehicle’s filthy dirty old Ford Transit,4 miles put on the speedometer,multi storey car park dirty with most of the lighting missing. Don’t use this ripoff company Disgrace.

Avoid at all costs ! Terrible customer service , the guy who dropped my car off on my return would not listen to me & very unprofessional
Left my car in a disabled B parking spot & went to drop another car off . I waited over 30 mins for him to come back with my car keys . Who does that ? Then we had to pay to get out of the parking lot ! No apology nothing . 😞

I usually take online reviews with a pinch of salt, but really - one star doesn’t do it justice. This company, it’s owner and the people who work for him are so rubbish that I would urge anyone to avoid Vacationcare at all costs.

I booked for a Meet and Greet and upon dropping off our car we were left waiting almost an hour (nearly missing our flight)!

The person at the end of the phone was rude, continuously made customer-blaming excuses and was almost shouting at me.

For both dropping off and picking up I was told several times that the driver was on their way, and when I called back after waiting 15-20 mins, was told again that they’re on their way. When the driver finally arrived, there was no apology whatsoever, just excuses.

Inspecting our car after our flight back, the dashcam had been unplugged, and the interior stank of old smoke - neither me or my husband smoke. We’d been waiting almost an hour and finally our car was given back to us at 23.15 - we were shattered after our flight and felt unsafe driving back after waiting for such a long time.

Called up a day later to complain and was met with the owner who basically called me a liar and said that they’re hardly ever busy?? Really. Also said that they unplug the dashcam out of safety - b/s!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Spend your money on a better service provider.

Outstanding service provided by Tony and tbag! Great guys, taken to the airport as soon as we dropped our car off and picked up as soon as we called to let them know we were outside the terminal. Great sense of humour tony had us pissing ourselves!

Difficult pick up due to storms, dreadful service. Avoid at all costs!!!
We were told to wait in car park at midnight. Despite arriving as expected and time stated we waited over 40 mins to be collected however when the second bus (put on to get us) turned up only had space for 3 even though there was 5 of us 3 kids)
On return to the car was it parked too close to the next car when we picked up (1am by this time!), the next morning we noticed the wing mirror casing had been cracked beyond repair. On emailing the owner not only was he rude but refused to admit liability.
Parked here many time before but was taken over in October 21. Will now pay the extra and park in the airport! Do not leave your prized possession or kids in their care!!

The drop off was fine on the way but on the way back we called the company to explain we were outside waiting 50 minutes later still no minibus so i called again to be rudely spoken to on the phone! When the mini bus finally turned up it was full with people smoking in the back! Wouldn’t recommend.

Used Vacation Care Parking for the first time mid February 2022. Booked online, arrived 3am, parked my car and promptly transferred by minibus to M/C T3. Return journey, got lucky, minibus actually waiting outside terminal for us. Employees polite and courteous. To be honest it couldn’t have been a better experience. We booked them because the price of a weeks parking was competitive but that certainly didn’t mean a drop in standards. I don’t write many reviews, usually can’t be bothered, but credit where credit is due. Too marks. Thank you. We will use again without hesitation.

I wouldn’t trust this car parking provider, I left a pair of trainers which were swapped/stolen for an old tatty pair, who on earth steals trainers in the 21st century. Untrustworthy and totally unreliable….steer clear unless you want any of your items stolen.

Thank you for your customer support and service. The lady I spoke to over the phone when I booked, the gentleman that picked up our car from the terminal and the gentleman who picked us up from the airport all deserve congratulations.

We have had negative experiences before and you have been recommended to us at a time that was very close to our flight. I called to ask a few questions and ensure there would be no delays in dropping off our car, as we would have very limited time to get to the airport. I eventually booked (at a really good price) the meet and greet service to save time, and on our way back, we returned with friends who booked the park and ride, so we thought we would go back together with them to pick our car up. There was absolutely no disruption to our trip, we only had to wait for a few minutes time both for our car to be collected and to be picked up on our return. We noticed no damage or abuse of any kind to our car, as with complains for other car parks across the country. We hugely appreciate the last minute arrangements through the phone, the quick booking process, and the no-hassle service overall. We will be back.

Great friendly service. Very funny staff.
Disco Dave picked us at at 01.45 and was funny, chatty and took us back to our car.
Cars undercover which is a bonus in the winter.
Would recommend and will use again 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service. Called 15 minutes before arriving at the airport and the driver was at the terminal waiting for my family and I before we arrived. Driver helped get our luggage out of the vehicle and directed us to the check in desk. This is under new management and is a family run business from start to finish. Called them after collecting luggage and clearing customs and the driver was with us in less than 10 minutes. He had the car warmed up and ready to go. Driver once again helped to put out luggage in the car and wished us a safe journey home. Brilliant service, would highly recommend and will be using again.
