they pretend to advertise in different names/brands with crazy discounts. The interface looks almost legit. Once you order from them you will never get your parcel(s). 🤦‍♀️

Never received my items advertised from Schu and Charlotte allegedly tillbury. I also went through the advertised ads on FB of which I believed to be genuine. My husband also ordered 2 pairs of trainers and also hasn't received. You email the solutions company and get no help at all. How can we know if these are a scam when they look so genuine. FB should be doing more to stop these scammers. They also had the Trustpilot logo on that's why I did order.

I have order some goods from this company as it had the google logo on the order form on 05/03/2024.
Have had an order confirmation back with a ref number,
all be it went into junk mail. No further correspondence and when I tried to email them the message came back email address is no longer valid!! I do have photographs of the order number, confirmation email & email no longer valid message.
The fact that it has both logos for Mint Velvet & Google I presumed all would be ok. Silly me.

They advertised as Mountain Warehouse but they are definitely a scam company. Advised order delivered via Royal Mail, tracking number given is not recognised by RM, they send automated replies to my emails. Have now passed to my bank to investigate and hopefully get a refund.

No reply to email feel that this site allegedly fake All beauty site set out the same as the real one but definitely not them money taken from account informed goods dispatched and could track via 17........out and out scam goods ordered as presents now dont have the funds to replace......how are these individuals getting away with it

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 of us scammed by this site claiming to be sports direct, with their logo and then dodgy tracking info via 17track. No items delivered, just robbing scumbags. Referred to my bank to get my money back!

Thought I was buying from Marks and Spencer, no it’s from China! Tracking details are in Chinese and no update from Customer Service yet.
Don’t buy and check the company name.

Orderded via FB thought I was ordering perfume from John Lewis January Sale . Turns out it’s China . Followed shipping via 17Track , said been delivered by Royal Mail still not received. Obviously a scam this company need reporting

SCAM. ordered through Instagram said it was Schuh , conformation order email says Schuh but when you contact them its not. Contacted them on where order was, replied saying its on way. Now says order has been delivered but it hasn't and now they don't reply and courier link doesn't work. Now away to try and get money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Update now been refunded.

Placed an order and didn’t receive it, had an email saying it’s on its way and the courier service didn’t get back to me either. They advertise on Instagram so thought would be ok I’m now going to try to recoup my money looks like I’ve been scammed.

Doesn't even deserve one star. They are a scam company, after many emails asking where my order is they stopped responding to me. Do NOT waste your time, these people will get their karma eventually and i am glad.

Value comms should be re branded as "PILE OF S**T COMMS" !!! nothing but trouble porting our numbers, voicemail issues, teach issues galore! Awful company avoid at all costs!!

So if I could give zero stars I would do. Phil phoned me demanding that I sign a service agreement with value communications. My first dealing with Phil was when she suspended our mobile services for £25 overcharge. This over charge was for using my mobile while in Spain, when the agreement was first signed it was stipulated that Europe was under the roam like home offering from Vodafone, unknown to myself or any mobile customer instant business communications changed all mobile plans with no notification. Phil got on her high horse and tried to tell me I was wrong and I had signed an agreement when insta Comms changed all mobile services so not only do they lie but commit fraud as well. This is just instant business communications reborn and after speaking to suppliers this novation is to avoid paying supplier bills. All the old faces are still involved Jonny her son and the usless c**t who ran insta Comms, Charlie the old finance director of Instacomms who over billed me and try to take my payment 4 times (direct debit indemnity filed) if I can give any advice find another suppler run for the hills and avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful. Was with insta comms and all of a sudden getting calls from some bloke called Phil trying to get me to switch to his company. the rudest and most obnoxious person I have ever spoke to. I will not be switching to you and will be looking elsewhere for a more reputable company that wasn’t set up 5 minutes ago.

This company use to be called Instant business communications. They had only 1 star reviews. Please be extremely weary and do not trust your business to these scam artists who will leave you without working phone lines or no internet at months at time.
