Have been on here for a long time with no issues then tge other day it wouldn't accept my usual password .I tried to my reset my password with 4 different ones and they wouldn't accept, finally after a message to them they replied saying they had suspended my account, I still had money in my account so I am really angry

I started this survey platform like a week ago and it seems okay to an extent although I believe they can make their survey more time efficient because some surveys take more than the required time to complete.
Overall I like the platform from what have seen so far, will come back to rate again after some time.

Easy way to make some extra money for gift vouchers. I save mine up to use for xmas /birthdays. Always plenty of surveys available. Support staff are always responsive and able to fix any issues quickly if something doesn't go as expected. The flexi gift card always arrives in my inbox immediately and can be used at a large range of stores. Hugh recommend giving it a go.

It took a while to get a response to my complaint but had a refund for faulty goods without any problems. Satisfied now👏

Fast response and good customer service

Good way to kill time when bored or waiting in doctors or hospital appointment. Or even when you feel lonely.

Valued Opinions is trustworthy, easy to use, and easy to buy vouchers once you have accumulated enough money.
My only negative is the "estimated time to complete" - never once have I managed to complete a survey within the time frame!

I had a query about a credit and got in touch with Valued Opinions and my query was quickly sorted out. They are very good

Awful, just been kicked off survey number 14 in a row. Shocking, its all rigged. You get kicked off not because you don't fit but because they don't like your answers. Every survey is pre fixed to accept certain answers. If we get kicked out because we don't fit what is the point of doing a profile, shouldn't be matched with them in the first place. One complete con which is ultimately misleading the public.

I have always been sceptical about these survey sites that supposedly `pay`. I have tried them before and never made a penny as I was constantly rejected.
But since starting with Value Opinions at the end of January 2026 I have earned just over £70 in 2 months by just spending about 20 minutes with a coffee and my phone a couple of times a day. I have already redeemed £45 in Amazon vouchers and there are other very useful vouchers and gift cards that you can redeem.
Yeah, it might only be a pound a day but it soon mounts up and an extra £50 in supermarket shopping vouchers can be very handy.

This survey site is quite good, it has lots of surveys that pays reasonable prices and the payout is very easy and painless process.
But occasionally you get screened out.

They best platform ever.with good payout.

Questions are easy to answer, it is very well laid out and interesting to do.

Been a member for a long time. This morning went to log in and wouldn't expect my details, so did a password reset and the same problem again! Raised a ticket and got an automated email about resetting it again so replied back stating that I tried all this and please help. Got an email this evening stating my account has been suspended because of inconsistency with surveys and that I had receiveda email prior stating to be careful when answering surveys. Rubbish, as I never received any such mail. Asked for proof and nothing. Disgusting how they treated their customers! Told them they can keep their surveys as I won't be treated like this by anyone! If I could give a minus zero I would. Once I post this, the reply will be please contact us on .....! I won't as they are rubbish! Terrible customer service and have advised a few friends to stay clear from them

I complete Surveys for Valued Opinions which I find helps me to focus my mind plus I am well rewarded for doing so. On the very rare occasions I have had a problem they have always listened to the issue you have highlighted and their response has always been 1st class.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES,,, FIRST,, YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET 2 SURVEYS IN 6 MONTHS,
BUT THEN THEY SUDDENLY DECIDE TO BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND STEAL YOUR REWARD MONEY BECAUSE DESPITE YOU COMPLETING VERY FEW SURVEYS,, THEY ACCUSE YOU OF BEING A SCAMMER BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT MAGICALLY GETS RED FLAGGED,,,, RED FLAGGED DESPITE NOT COMPLETING SURVEYS OR EVEN BOTHERING TO LOG IN BECAUSE YOU KNOW THEY HAVE NO SURVEYS,, UNLUCKY FOR THESE SCAMMERS,, THEIR OFFICE IS NOT FAR FROM ME,, SO I WILL BE PAYING THEM A VISIT,, PLUS REPORT THEM TO OFCOM AND THE POLICE

Surveys are generally easy to complete interesting topics and you feel your opinion counts and you get a little reward which soon adds up points make money. It doesn't take long passes the time away and gives you a little treat. Would recommend to anyone who wants to give their opinion and has a bit of spare time.
