Amazing services!

Our ink had been sold out everywhere the last few weeks with many other companies taking the money for orders placed and not delivering. I came across ValueShop online as they were showing as having stock.
I called ValueShop and explained the situation and the gentleman I spoke to personally checked stock and also sent them out the same day as I paid for express delivery. That was late yesterday afternoon and they arrived this morning!

Great services and I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered printer ink on Sunday night, arrived Wednesday morning which, given these Coronavirus times, I consider to be excellent service. They were the cheapest supplier of genuine Canon ink cartridges for my printer, that I was able to find.

Poor quality costumer service, ordered ink on Saturday parentally was posted on Tuesday but is Friday and is still not arrived, and I used they express delivery double amount of money, bunch of layers avoid and don’t buy from them

Ordered ink 2 days ago and have still not received a confirmation email informing me when delivery will take place. The money has come off my account but no correspondance. Please can someone get back to me as soon as possible!!

I had never bought from Value Shop before. I did a search on Google for HP Black 304 print cartridges. Amongst those sellers which came up was Value Shop. (I wish I had looked at these reviews before I decided to purchase from them.) The Black cartridges were the first on their page and I ordered 2 HP Black 304 cartridges from them and paid. Over a week went by and I heard nothing. I sent them an email - no reply. So the next day I telephoned them. They claimed that my order would be sent within the next 48 hours.

2 days later I received 2 HP colour 304 cartridges. I immediately sent an email stating that their fullfillment was wrong. They replied claiming that I had ordered colour cartridges. I did not initially hear from them again after more emails sent to them, but eventually they did reply on 16th March still claiming that I had ordered colour cartridges.

If you buy from this outfit be very careful or you will have a similar dire experience. I had to order some Black cartridges from another supplier, who are in fact I found less expensive, and now I thus have two additional Black cartridges which I did not need. Value Shop - not value at all but an expensive and disastrous mistake for me.

PS An update: Belatedly probably because of this report here Value Shop sent me the ordered Black cartridges and sent a postage-paid label for the return of the wrongly supplied colour cartridges which I have sent back. I now thus have 2 additional Black cartridges which I did not need, after I had purchased 2 from the other supplier, before eventually Value Shop had agreed to replace the colour cartirdges.

Ordered 4 Canon genuine print cartridges and I made a mistake in the order, in that 3 were for one printer and the other was for an unrelated printer. Was called and asked to confirm my order, which I was able to amend.

Reasonable quick delivery, fair price and really pleased initiative was used to verify the order, which saved me a load of time.

Quality of compatible ink cartridges and quick shipping service is the reason for which we choose Value shop

Buys old stocked cartridges from eBay and marks them as new from manufacturers.💩

Terrible. Ordered colour cartridge and printing sheets, a week later still not been delivered, called and he told me they are no longer able to get the item and I had been refunded, I checked my account while on the phone and no refund is showing, he said I 'should' get this tomorrow, when I queried why was I able to make the purchase if they are no longer able to get these he told me it must have been a google ad which bypassed the website - not true, I again went on the website, entered by product details and found the items clearly stating in stock - also took screenshots. Called again to explain they are definitely showing as in stock on the site! Hopefully the refund comes through.

Ink is good quality and a good price. use Valueshop regularly for my Canon printer. never had a issue. Only improvement i would recommend is a log in system/account - as i have to enter all my contact details and payment method every time.

I am disappointed to see a number of negative reviews as this has not been my experience with this company
I received prompt service, my order was confirmed and delivered on time as requested.
A previous product issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
I had no communication issues so cannot understand the reason why others seem to have had a different experience.
I have no connection with this company other than as a customer.
I hope that this review will go some way to redress the balance

Appalling - avoid them like the plague. Took my money then nothing! Didn't answer repeated emails. Finally phoned them and got a lie about a missing colour (my order was for a sealed bundle so one colour could not be missing!). Cancelled the order and asked for my money back. Promised that it would be in my account the next day - it wasn't. Days later the ink arrived! Totally unreliable!

I was that impressed with the service during my recent order that I asked if I could put in a good word for the company and they pointed me in the direction of Trust Pilot. Saima really helped me make sense of the array of cartridges for my Epson SX600 FW and the differences between the original Epson and ValueShop's range of 'compatible' replacements. The cartridges worked perfectly and the prices were better than all the others I found.

Received no order confirmation or any form of contact when purchased through their website. The payment went through but nothing else has been raised. Emailed the company and inkraiders (as they are the registered for their world pay account) but received no response. Tried to register on their website but doesn't work. Tried to phone multiple times but the phone just rings off. Not sure if this is actually a legitimate company. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back through the bank. Needless to say, I will never be using them again

Good value ink cartridges but very poor communications. Phone lines are never manned and just ring off with a message saying 'there is no one available to take your call'. Nightmare.

I ordered an ink cartridge on 2nd December 2017, it's 20th December now and they have taken my money and there is no sign of the cartridge. Customer service is non-existent. I emailed - no response. I phoned all of the numbers on the site, the customer service number won't connect and the telephone sales and support lines seem to be permanently engaged. Shocking service, verging on a scam. Pay a bit more and actually receive what you pay for.

Disgusting. Took money for an item NOT IN STOCK and couldn't be bothered to let us know. Simply unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. You will be better off making your own ink...... pass me the biro's..........
