DO NOT USE! They debited my credit card despite item not being in stock. They are not answering emails either. Will now get on to my credit card company. Should not be allowed to trade

Best Company Ever!

I got my inks straight away and the woman was very helpful she told me what to do and the inks are high quality

I was a satisfied customer for several years, buying all my inks for several printers from them. Now, suddenly, they have gone to pot. My last order was for a canon original ink which arrived with no packaging. Concerned that it might be a refill, I consulted canon who said that it could have been from a multipack, but pointed out that multipacks should be sold intact and not split up. They suggested that I asked Value Shop for a replacement, so I did that but received no reply. I won't be ordering from them again.

Surprising News!!
Having contacted my card supplier for a chargeback, today whilst speaking to them, they phoned valueshop and put it on speakerphone.
They conceded they hadn't fulfilled the order and offered to re-send it or give a refund.
Being wary, I opted for the refund and was promised it within 24hrs (net erected outside to catch flying pigs!). I then received an email, as promised, to confirm the refund which stated "We are sorry this item is out of stock so we have issued you a full refund.
NET AT THE READY!!!!!

Excellent source to get compatible Ink Cartridges as well as genuine one. I am very happy with customer support and return policy of this company. Price are really lower as compare to other specially for replacement ink cartridges.

Wish I'd have read some reviews before ordering from them. Having ordered toner and the website saying they were in stock and delivery was a couple of days, I phoned up a week later to ask where my toner was to be told it wasn't in stock and they had no date for expected delivery. They've said they'll refund, I hope they do.

Having read a host of awful reviews about Valueshop on trustpilot - AFTER I had ordered some ink cartridges - I was really worried. Sent them an email off at once, voicing my concerns, but to be fair my order arrived the next day without any delay and the prices were amongst the lowest. On the receipt it states that they have a NEW SITE - BuyInkCartridges.co.uk - with exactly "the same extensive range of cartridges as before, but on a clearer, smarter, easier to use site .... Prices match or beat those on ValueShop and shipping is now free!" according to the blurb.

Many years ago Valueshop was a decent low cost supplier and I used them regularly. Not anymore, no fulfilment and no response to my order after taking the payment. I notice the address has changed and interestingly they have added additional third party payment companies presumably to dilute the number of complaints across a greater base. This taken with all the other feedback leads me to suspect that whoever is running this company now is operating the website in a predatory manner cashing in on goodwill with no intention of fulfilment. Do business with them at your own risk!

Used Valueshop for a fair few years for the odd order, never been amazing service but they were cheap and I always got my orders... until now... ordered toner and got the transaction confirmation from Worldpay but nothing from Valueshop. Telephoned a week later- said she would look into it and resend. Another week later telephoned again - out of stock will give a refund. Another week later - no answer!!!!!!!!
Now trying to get my money back through my card provider

I did get the goods I had ordered eventually, cannot get a VAT receipt from them, perhaps that is because the VAT number they state is invalid.
The company registration number is for a different company, at the same address, but it has been dissolved.
Will not use again, I was lucky it appears to get my order, I hope what is inside the boxes is what it says on them. Keep well clear of whoever these people are

Placed an order with this company and have received no confirmation that the order was placed. My payment was taken and is still currently with them. I have contacted them several times via email and not received a single reply. The phone number offers no help, just an automated message.

Doing a little research, it seems they have stopped trading but left their website live, able to take payments from unsuspecting customers, but no longer dispatching the products. Only a small handful of people in the past few months have actually received the orders they placed. Everyone else is left out of pocket, with no support from the company. They just keep the money and ignore you.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!
Anybody who has, i recommend you contact your card provider and chargeback the payment immediately. Leave a review here and complain through the applicable channels, to get this website shut down.

I've been using them for years, but something has gone wrong since October. My order in October was acknowledged and Worldpay confirmed the money had been taken. Ordered genuine Epson cartridges again last week and Worldpay took the money, but no order acknowledgement email. Oddly, when I went back into the website, my order was still in the "basket". Emailed them to ask if they had my order OK, no response. Tried the email address on the site and the one on the Worldpay email with no success. Have now tried their telephone number but there is a recorded message saying no-one available to answer the call.

I've no idea what is wrong. With a website still taking money, but no goods going out, I would class as fraud. I'll be looking for a new supplier now. I'll have to get on to my card company to get my money back.

I have bought from valueshop.co.uk for years. However a recent order was not acknowledged or delivered, but my money was taken. They have not replied to a host of emails sent to the address on their website. I have asked my card company for a chargeback.

Was very concerned, price too cheap, no order acknowledgement, rang and a woman answered "Hello" promised a telephone call back, no call arrived, called back again got same woman with same answer, got told instantly after giving my order number it was resent out, got very concerned, 2 days later goods arrived

Order placed and paid by card mid Dec 16, no order acknowledgement from them and no delivery even after sending several emails. Asked for refund mid Jan 17 but not done so now trying to get my card provider to help get my money back. They used to be okay a few years back but now I would not recommend them as their trading address has changed and is a residential property and they ignore you and you will have problems getting a refund.

10 days after placing my order I am yet to receive anything!
Emails are never answered and the phone (IF they answer) they give RUDE, vague responses with promises to call back (they never have).
Have HAD to get credit card company involved as ValueShop REFUSE to refund or even send what I ordered!
Shocking "company". AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered several cartridges for myself and for church in separate orders and the 1 item delivered in each order was not as ordered. I accepted the delivery in on case and informed they of the error. After I sent a picture of the incorrect cartridge in the other case they replaced it.
Ordered another set of cartridges a week ago and have not received then and no indication of when they will be delivered.
This was a very good company but it appears that the company has been sold on in the not too distant past. The new owners seem to be struggling to maintain a reasonable standard of service.

BUNCH OF CROOKS. Ordered JETTEC cartridges, received imitation ones even though the invoice stated the correct items had been sent. Never received an answer to any of my many emails. Luckily I used papal so I received a full refund from them. They now have a sister site “BuylnkCartridges_co_uk” as well, so beware! I think Paypal may have ditched them as their logo now seems to missing from www_valueshop site. All cartridges binned.

Bought cartridges for Pixma printer - they didn't fit and leaked. sent them back for a refund and they have studiously ignore all contact attempts. Do not buy anything from this firm if you value your money.

Ordered for same day despatch which didn't happen. I cancelled the order which was acknowledged but thet still took my money, won't refund and have totallt ignored my emails requesting refund. The worst experience. What a bunch of crooks. Do not touch them with a bargepole.
