Package just arrived. It was vacuum sealed and looked the same as the original illustration. Considering it had to be shipped from UK to Australia, it was also ver quick.

Avoid this retailer, the customer service is absolutely shocking.

When I received my order it was stained, I have proof I had opened the parcel as soon as i received it and took photos. They’ve told me I have to paid for return postage to be able to receive a refund… I simply asked for a replacement and said I was happy to return and got told no.

Absolutely shocking! I won’t be purchasing from them again and certainly do not recommend this retailer

Really love the clothes I buy for my grandchildren and the whole speedy process.Unfortunately had to take a star off because the dressing gown came shrink wrapped and looked awful.It is hanging up until Xmas to hopefully drop the creases.

Delivery very quick even after a mistake on my part. Return was easy with label provided, tho not free. However my reorder of the bigger size in child slippers was dealt with extremely quickly once again.

Very happy about how quickly my parcel was delivered and the cost of delivery as I find some companies charge more for delivery than the items you’ve ordered cost.

I did find the waistband on my Grandson’s PJ’s were a little on the small side so glad I ordered the next size up from his age, he loves them which is the important thing and the quality is good. I will be ordering from them again.

The sweater I purchased print was ruined on its first wash (even with following washing instructions!) I contacted customer service and they very kindly sent out a brand new one to me - this one did survive the wash thankfully! On top of excellent customer service their postage was very fast. Would purchase from again!
