The coat I purchased from Varelina was meant to be £140, however I got it for £70 on sale. It took over 1 week to arrive and when it arrived it come in celoptape parcel which I took pictures of. The coat is a SCAM! Looks nothing like the images advertised on their website or on TikTok and is a cheap knock off quality, I can provide images if required. It says the model wore a size medium (the model looks smaller than me) I didn’t want to risk it and ordered my size which is a small and the coat is massive, it’s more large, I would say fits a size 14-16! When trying to get a return and refund they have said I would have to pay for it to be returned to China, which I was not aware it was from there! And instead of offering me a full refund keep offering me a 10% now 20% partial refund to keep the coat which I have advised them I do not want !!

Ordered 2 dresses in May when they were going by Victoria Bella - very cheap and poorly fitting so contacted them to return. Customer service offered me a 10% return to keep the dresses - I replied and said they didn’t fit and would like to return. They then offered me a 20% refund to keep the dresses but again replied and said they didn’t fit and would like to return and they offered me a 30% refund(!) before eventually giving me their return details. I posted it back to them (a warehouse in China) on the 11th of May and 14 weeks later I have still not had any money back despite the 2-4 week time they gave me. Awful, don’t buy from them!!
