Atrociously disgusting

The most disgusting, appalling, pathetic customer service experience I have ever had. A MONTH I have been waiting for a call back, 10+ calls to their customer service team, every single one with a promise of a call back from a "manager" with zero communication. I have had a Crossland X for 1 year and the engine has blown due to a COMMON FAILURE. I can't get to see my kids, I have 4 years left on finance which is destroying my credit rating. They are disgusting. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the MOTOR OMBUDSMAN and advise you ALL do the same. The poor customer service staff at Vauxhall that must have THOUSANDS of unhappy customers, judging from the reviews and, the abuse they must receive because their "MANAGEMENT TEAM" are too damn lazy to pick up the phone and deal with it. I would immediately advise those staff members to step away from their desks, approach their lazy management team and quit! Stop enabling lazy people to rip the wrong people off!!!!

If zero was available l would have put it

If zero was available l would have put it.
Bought from them a second hand car, thinking, wrongly, l would have had a good car. In 2 years: l had to change all the 4 tyres, and now the breaks discs. Probably with the amount of money l am spending for fixing all these things, l could have bought a new car. I am under warranty, but of course, these things are not covered from the warranty... Completely unsatisfied

My Vauxhall App hasn’t worked for 9…

My Vauxhall App hasn’t worked for 9 weeks and the status of my Mokka E hasn’t changed. The App is an intrinsic feature when driving an electric car and makes life difficult without it. I raised the issue with Vauxhall Customer Service and despite chasing them numerous times the problem hasn’t been resolved. I’ve also twice tried to raise a formal complaint without success. A very poor experience.

Terrible customer service Took car for service and mot 15/09/25…

Took car for service and mot 15/09/25 new it would fail mot with airbag warning. Good news part covered under lifetime warranty and they ordered on 16/09/25 due overnight on 19/09/25. Could cope with that and left car there as it would be done on priority. Everyday the part has been put forward a day. We are now on 2/10/25 so 2 weeks so far no car. Customer service are shocking you ring to chase up get put thru to correct person then get cut off. Constantly saying they will call back. Processed a good will claim for courtesy car but was denied as car over 7 years old. All I want to know is is the part actually in stock and why the delay. How long will this go on for. Have put in official complaint and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for reply so still not getting an answer to question. No one seems to know their process and get told misleading advice from each person. This could potentially go on for another few weeks and still not have a car. Some serious training needs to be done as they admitted I've been told wrong information. I have also had to cancel medical appointment but they don't give a monkeys about their customers

Why isn't there a no star option?

I telephoned one of their dealers today (Pentagon) as I am trying to get my vans back as the engines both need replacing under warranty, but they tell me that they cannot repair them as Vauxhall haven’t given them the go ahead yet. The vans have been with them for 7 weeks and the dealer has promised them back twice over that period.

I spoke to Giga at Vauxhall Customer Service (VCS) who told me that they have technical issues but he would look into it and phone me back – he didn’t. I phoned again and spoke to Alec who has told me that VCS do not have any record of this case, and had no idea why VCS are withholding permission for Pentagon to fix my vehicles. Next day I spoke to Zeinabi who says they (VCS) are waiting for Pentagon to call them but they would contact me when they have some information, but as they never do I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that managers do not speak to customers, so I would have to wait until they called me.

I have now been without my vans which cost nearly £60,000 for 7 weeks and no one can tell me when I might get them back, if at all.

When I phone Pentagon, I get passed around and then put through to an answerphone. They don’t phone me back and do not answer emails, so I have given up leaving a message.

I asked to speak to a manager at Pentagon but was told there wasn’t one available, so I asked who I should speak to at Vauxhall, i.e. who was holding this up, but they didn’t know, it was the warranty department who talked to Vauxhall, so I asked to speak to the warranty department – they won’t talk to customers.

I have been in business for 30 years now and have never, not ever, been treated as badly as this. Their customer service is quite frankly diabolical, it’s no wonder the British car industry died.

3.7 years old, 23,000 miles

Vauxhall Corsa EV, great lock actuator failure, 7 months out of warranty, Vauxhall customer service view is that the car is outside warranty and it's fair wear and tear.

It's a non serviceable part, the cat has full Vauxhall service history but yet, no good will, no contribution, guess what, no future purchases from me. Vauxhall and the steliantis group will never get custom from me again.

DO NOT BUY VAUXHALL VANS

My wife has a small business and last year bought a new Vauxhall Combo van and we have had nothing but problems with it. There are just over 21,000 miles on the clock and it has already had to into the garage 4 times for a service due to a known fault with the van whereby oil is degrading at a ridiculous rate. We have complained to Vauxhall who have confirmed that they know there is a fault with the van in the fact it is not fit for short journeys with frequent stops (bought as a delivery vehicle). Over the years we have had Ford, Suzuki and Nissan vans and have NEVER had this problem. We have complained to Vauxhall and they do not want to know and say that even though they know of the fault they do not class it as a type of fault they can offer compensation for, so leaving a small business with a vehicle that is not fit for purpose (complaint to dealership ongoing). We will NEVER buy another Vauxhall van or vehicle again. If you are a small business looking for a van DO NOT BUY VAUXHALL.

Car is a lemon, Vauxhall and dealership don’t care

Purchased a 2022 e-Corsa from the Perry’s Broadstairs dealership - it had been their demo car so was technically second hand though only a few months old. Sounds great, right? A couple months later on a weekend away the car broke down due to a fault. It was under warranty, so they fixed it for free, but it obviously ruined our weekend and a car that new shouldn’t have been breaking down. It was then mostly fine until right before the warranty ran out in April this year, when it developed a fault. We were again away from home at the time so RAC came out and dealt with it, but we informed Vauxhall and the dealership who said it was fine. 1 month after the warranty ended, it developed a major related fault. After a lot of back and forth with Vauxhall and the dealership, Vauxhall agreed to part fund the repairs, but we had to pay over £700. That was in June of this year; in August it again developed a fault, and we were told it would cost £800 to run the diagnostics to find out if it’s the same fault as before (in which case it would be covered) or not (in which case we’re out the £800 plus any other costs to repair). We raised this with Vauxhall who told us to leave it the dealership while they looked into it, and then took a full four weeks to respond to us, at which point the Goodwill person said they wouldn’t pay any part of it, and then hung up on me when I asked if I could appeal. Now the dealership have said they want to charge us £800 for storage while we were waiting for Vauxhall to get back us, which we can only avoid by taking the afternoon off work and fetching it in the next few hours. Would give this whole experience 0 stars if I could, and will never buy a Vauxhall again.

Lifetime warranty not what is says…

Lifetime warranty not what is says lifetime. My car may have been 12yrs old with only 52500 miles BUT had been serviced every year at a vauxhall garage. When i needed to claim under warranty was told the good news is its covered by warranty but the bad part we cant source the part and that lifetime warranty only lasted 7yrs, which wasn't true. Customer service is non existent, they avoided helping you at all costs, don't reply to letter of complaint and when you do get an answer its a standard reply, they do not care about loyal customers.

Vauxhall Goodwill dept NOT

I have a vauxhall insignia. I broke down on 4th August. Car was recovered to an independent garage and repaired. I received a letter from Vauxhall as to a recall. The recall was for the cause of my breakdown. The letter was dated 11th August and I received it on 22nd August. On calling Vauxhall customer services I was told that they would not reimburse me any of the cost of repair. There "Goodwill" dept representative was very rude on the phone and put the phone down on me. Further calls to them were unanswered. Terrible customer service. Will not use vauxhall dealers anymore. Goodwill dept representative name Marion M

Vauxhall Connect plus process

Robert (05/09/2025, 10:44:06): Or will the same failure happen again?
MARIAM (05/09/2025, 10:44:26): As I have mentioned multiple times already, when you're subscribing the service it's up to 7 days to fully process the transaction from our and bank's side, but if there won't be any system faults it might get activated immediately.
MARIAM (05/09/2025, 10:46:15): In our system, this status that is shown for your transaction indicates that the transaction did not go through, which could be due to various reasons such as insufficient funds, a declined card, or a technical issue during payment processing as I said.
Robert (05/09/2025, 10:46:18): If but maybe. I will simply wait to see if payment made on 3rd Sept is accepted by you.If not.I simply won't purchas connect plus
MARIAM (05/09/2025, 10:46:36): Is there anything else I can help you with?
Robert (05/09/2025, 10:46:55): Your financial loss.Not Mine
