I only received an email that your order is passed to fulfilment team. Since then no tracking number no reply to emails

I think it’s not worth risking the money just because these people says its genuine item and sell for low price
I am going on holiday and I need this camera if i don’t get it in time what’s the point now I am worried about my money.

I called them today 1 hour ago the phone system put me in queue at 6 position I waited for 50 mins and then Phone start ringing after 5 mins of ringing no one picked up and call dropped

This company are a bunch of charlatans
This company are a bunch of charlatans. Despite the website it is a dodgy Chinese site that take the money and don't deliver the goods. The so called Live Chat has no response, the queue on the phone call counts down one step every five minutes as the person at the top of the list times out and disappears from the queue. 35 minutes of my life that I'll never see again.
Emails asking for a refund in line with their so called Cancellation Policy are also ignored.
Have now passed to Credit Card dispute team so fingers crossed.
Don't touch even with somebody else's bargepole!!!

The order No is 15479. I don’t believe that you are looking forward to hearing from me as I have been emailing you every day for the last week. If there are situations beyond your control then you should make contact accordingly. Your website clearly states 6 to 8 working days. Your cancellation policy clearly states that if the order hasn’t been processed then I can have a refund.
I’m really not interested in any more platitudes, I simply want my refund now. Thank you.

So on 11/12/17 on the day of response on Trustpilot I was contacted by Venture Direct offering me a refund, and quelle surprise no cancellation of order, and no refund. These people tell lies and completely incompetent.

Redressing the Balance
My goods arrived yesterday and although there was a hold up and a 5 week wait I was kept informed with very regular emails and updates. I ordered Binoculars and they were as ordered, well packaged and sent by courier.

Screwed Over
Same as the hundreds of poor unfortunate souls below. I ordered a new Samsung S7 edge for my sons Christmas present on the 26th Nov 2017 ref 506-15437. Heard nothing after e-mailing and waiting in long, long phone queue.
As I read the reviews, it seems they take the money and prolong your agony with 'cut and paste' comments. Of course they are really sorry they're earning interest off our hard earned money.
On-line direct chat is a joke as well.
Venture Direct, please don't respond with platitudes, refund me my cash.
I will try and contact my Credit Card company to retrieve the cash back.

Ordered a watch. After receiving an email saying my order was being processed, I heard nothing for a week. Stayed on hold for 40 mins twice. Wish I’d looked at these reviews first. After this review I got a reply. Seems you have to make a bad review on here to get a response. Still haven’t got my refund though.

Scam company! Where is my order?
I ordered a watch on November 25th 2017. Said the expected delivery was 6-8 days. I've still not received it. After reading the reviews I doubt I will get it!! I have tried calling and emailing numerous times and no one answers or replies. Managed to get through on live chat once and they fobbed me off with one of the below excuses then they ended the chat! I got to number 1 in the queue on live chat today then they logged out!!!
This company is absolutely disgraceful and I would like to cancel and get a refund of my £220! My order number is 506-15390.
