Went in to Verizon to get a Free Phone on any plan, Was told my bill would go up, Long story short Verizon does not give you a new phone for free!

I have been using Verizon for many many years. I have always had good experiences with the company and they provide a great service. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I for one don't mind paying extra for great service and great products.
