Appalling, they don’t even deserve one star!
£400 for putting my pet on 20 minutes worth of oxygen. The vet, a Spanish man who commutes from Madrid (wages must be good here) spent 5 minutes with us and put the animal on oxygen for 20 minutes while he attended another patient. Boom! Thank you very much KERCHING!! That’ll be £400 please. Next! Sends him home - he’s fine, nothing wrong, he says. 10 days later my pet is having to be put to sleep.

Somewhat disappointed having to pay £339 + meds for a 10 minute consultation on a Saturday afternoon. Rather expensive considering it was a Saturday afternoon.

So helpful and kind
They saw me as soon as I got there and as a distressed pet owner they were all very kind and understanding and helped as much as they could I didnt get names but the two ladies I saw were both absolutely lovely.

Great service but naivety cost us
The service and the treatment of us and our dog was brilliant. As a new dog owner I wish I knew what was coming in the way of the bill and the lack of interest in the insurance company paying up in full. Guess next time my dog suffers from ‘lethargy’ I will be a little more cautious before getting it looked at.

In the early hours of a Wednesday morning you gave us our cat for another precious 24hrs. You were kind, caring and professional. You gave us so much time and made our cat a pain free, purry boy for his last day. We cannot thank you enough.

Vetenaries were good
Vetenaries were good, mixed emotions with the reception team. And appalled at the cost of the service supplied. I appreciate that you operate out of hours. But a consultant fee that is astronomical, so much for a pensioner to find. Just because we’re a captive audience. Merry xmas

How can a vet refuse to treat a sick animal?
How can a vet refuse to treat a sick animal? Well St Anne's vets did when I tried to book in a sick pigeon, stating they could not treat it due to avian Flue, fortunately for me and the pigeon, Cobie vet care did treat it, and it is now happily flying around with the rest of it's flock. Will NEVER recommend St Anne's vets!

Well worth it
We were reluctant to go given the cost and the distance to travel, however we came away so relieved and reassured afterwards. Our 11yo Beagle-type mixed breed had had a terrible day of seizures, where he couldn't sleep as every time he did he seized.
The vet - Alejandra - gave us a clear perspective on the seizures; reassured us that the 1 min 40s ictal phase was less concerning than it could be and so told us to get blood tests to check on the medication level, gave us more information on all the medication, etc. As an aside she told us to get his teeth cleaned by our vet (we'd stopped for a while due to it conciding with seizure activity a couple of times, and us having to cancel and rearrange).
It sounds like not much was done, but we were so worried and thinking the worst - we did think it was all over until we spoke to her.
Grateful for Vets Now being available. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
