Zero if I could. Extremely disappointing experience

I booked tickets through Viagogo and paid £244.64, only to realise almost immediately that I had paid significantly more than the apparent ticket value. I contacted Viagogo within minutes of making the booking to request a cancellation and refund.

Despite contacting them so quickly, they refused to refund me and simply referred me to their terms and conditions. Their customer service chat was then closed, leaving me unable to resolve the issue.

I have kept screenshots of all correspondence and the refusal. I am now having to pursue the matter through my credit card provider.

I find the whole experience extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend checking the actual ticket value and pricing very carefully before purchasing through Viagogo.

I booked standing tickets for myself and my daughter (aged 7) it was going to be our first concert. At point of booking via viagogo it nowhere stated that under 16s were not allowed in the standing area. Once my confirmation came through it stated this. So I contacted them straight away to get a refund as there was nothing mentioned at point of purchase. They refused and said I have to resell my tickets which is not acceptable. Please do not use this selling platform. They have terrible customer service and don’t care that they scam people into purchasing tickets they cannot use.

I was a bit wary given some of the reviews but went ahead with a last minute purchase for my daughters to get Ariana Grande tickets. The process was very smooth and clearly explained on the site. The face value price was marked up by 60% which was OK with me. I liked the fact that the price displayed on the site was the final ticket price i.e. no further major costs. I placed an order at 2pm and the tickets were transferred to my AXS account within 30 minutes. No issues using the tickets at the O2 in London that evening.

Was really worried about purchasing the ticket on this website. But it was now or never moment. They gave me not the seat I paid for, but it turned out to be a better one! I recommend to be very careful with Viagogo, and only buy tickets there when there’s no other option. Ariana Grande was beautiful last night, thank you!

I couldn't find the email to download the tickets, and the help I got last hours before the concert was amazing!

I'd rate zero if I could. Liars and con artists. Do not us them they will do everything they can to scam you out of tickets and keep your money. Go literally anywhere else.

1/5 stars — Avoid Viagogo, especially for reselling tickets

I've been dealing with Viagogo for well over a month now, and it's been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. I resold two tickets, and after the first buyer's purchase fell through and the tickets were returned, Viagogo never forwarded them to me or to the new buyer — despite my sending multiple emails and having a call with a support agent in June who assured me the team would resolve it and I "should do nothing." Nothing was done.

When I tried to escalate, I was told to fill out yet another online dispute form, which resets the clock to another 35 days of processing — for an issue that could be confirmed by anyone on their team simply checking their own database. Meanwhile, Viagogo has continued attempting withdrawals from my account for charges I've disputed, which has affected my ability to use my own bank account.

I've resubmitted evidence multiple times, and each time I'm passed between agents with no continuity — despite them having a recorded call confirming the issue is on their end, not mine. If you're thinking about buying or selling through Viagogo, I'd strongly urge you to reconsider.

Absolutely stunning

Do not use viagogo. Do not be fooled by claims of guaranteed tickets and refunds. Tickets not delivered in time for the show after repeated telephone calls with customer services as well as emails and chasing daily. The only bright spot was the customer service team who tried their best but are absolutely hamstrung by policy and procedure. Hugely disappointed family member plus the expense of travelling on the day on the promise the tickets would be available in time has given me absolutely no intention of ever using viagogo again and unable to recommend. Save your money.

First time using Viagogo, while tickets were massively overpriced it was worth every penny seeing my daughters face at yesterday’s Ariana grande concert.
I received the tickets back in June directly into my AXS app which put my mind at rest as I heard people were waiting right upto the day of the concert to get tickets.

Good experience, but left hanging as tickets didn't arrive till day before and being electronic, you no longer get the ticket stub as a souvenir

Just a few steps I was in the venue. Plus the agents that helped me with purchase was very helpful

I would definitely purchase tickets from this vendor again. I received excellent communication and updates regarding my tickets. The pricing was extremely fair. Highly recommend! A+.

After spending almost 2 hours trying to sell the tickets through their website, checking my bank details uploading all the documents, half an hour later, I got the message “After review, your listing has been flagged as subject to potential risk and is currently paused.”

Ticket arrived quickly & no problems using at venue

Received my tickets straight away. Everything went smoothly. I would always advise to only purchase tickets that get sent to your phone rather than Physical tickets, as this protects you against being scammed.

I ordered Ariana Grande tickets for The O2 August 26 got my tickets through on axs about a week before the concert
Absolutely no issues at all we had the perfect experience using viagogo

First time buying tickets off viagogo was very scary, but I didn’t expect it to be successful! I purchased 2 seats for Ariana Grande around 9 days ago, and today they finally got transferred! I had to email viagogo around 3 times just so that they give the seller a quick reminder on the transfer! Now I’ve got the tickets on AXS and I’m sooo happy!! Thank you so much!

TIP: make sure the seller has a star (meaning they’re verified and have had many successful sales before) and the ticket delivery is mobile/AXS transfer!
