Brilliant experience a little skeptical because of other reviews but I can honestly say the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish and we had a brilliant time

From the second I bought the tickets on line, I was kept informed of the process of transfer to me. It was swift and partner sites were also in touch quickly too. I am thrilled with Viagogo and will definitely will look for future events via this is site. Not a single issue and the event (The Cure) went without a hitch.

The order was processed quickly and sent to the address we gave. We had to collect from Royal Mail as we were absent when the ticket was tried to be delivered. Royal Mail checked the security, so all good,

A beautiful and memorable experience, especially for someone like me visiting the magnificent Royal Albert Hall for the first time. Although I am not a professional listener with extensive musical knowledge, I was still able to fully immerse myself in and enjoy this wonderful performance. Many thanks to the BBC and all the amazing performers for such a memorable evening!

First time purchasing resale tickets and chose not to buy from a trader. Tickets were transferred by the next morning, 5 days before the Ariana gig so relieved. Didn't tell the daughter until my tickets had been scanned ! Happy to use again

I bought tickets to see The Prodigy back in April. 3 hrs before the event I still didn’t have my tickets, despite over 40 emails, calls and attempts (all through the night) to sort this.
They sent me to 4 different platforms then back to the start, sent me short time expiring links while I was at work or travelling to the event. It was so stressful at lunch time before the event which can started 3.30 I was just crying.
So may unanswered emails.
Totally use someone else to buy tickets if you can

Avoid. Use Ticketmaster.

Sold a ticket and they cancelled the sale despite me sending the ticket. Think I’ve been conned out of nearly £400.

Now they’ve taken another £441 out of my account to replace a ticket that I’ve sent.

Total cost to me so far - over £800. 🤬

Unhelpful with scam tickets for Creamfields sold to my son.

Sadly, poor experience and lost out over £1000. They talk about a refund guarantee without actually refunding. They even suggested the re-sale of scam tickets. Creamfields is 100% digital this year and I have records of conversations with customer services suggesting we sell them on - criminal - and then they said paper tickets are not a scam for 2026 in an reply to a formal complaint yesterday. Effectively siding with the scammer. I have reported them to Action Fraud and my bank. Buyer beware. Extremely poor from Viagogo who have caused so much stress leading up to ann event which has left us with no option other than purchase further digital tickets as Creamfields have confirmed the event is 100% digital so we know the fake paper tickets received from Viagogo would result in a total waste of time, effort and more stress being turned away at the gate. Avoid avoid avoid.
