I booked the tickets via Viagogo for Ariana Grande tour in London. Everything was well organized, we successfully access the concert. I received the tickets directly in AXS app one month prior the event. The tickets were personalized with my name, with dynamic QR code, no difference if I have managed to book them directly via AXS. During the concert's day, Viagogo sent me an email with phone numbers and contact detals in case of issue. This was my first time using Viagogo and have a lot of doubts, but now I am happy I used this platform (in case you don't have an option to buy a ticket during the regular tickets sale).

Bought tickets and they were fake- scanned them at the venue and was denied access. Customer service was good and supplied a full refund. However, if viagogo are unable to authenticate tickets, then they shouldn’t be selling them. I would not recommend.

Currently still waiting on a £400+ ticket for Ariana Grande that I bought at the beginning of June.... The concert starts in less than 11 minutes and will no ticket. I have been told there Guarantee kicks in at 3 hours then again at two hours and now I'm being told it's when the event starts. Absolutely disgusting service. I now have a distraught daughter at the venue with no way of getting in.
Avoid this company that doesn't care.

Absolute scammers do not buy tickets from this website as they make you pay for a ticket and wait for the date to arrive and then they don’t send you a ticket and you end up losing all of your money and you don’t even get your money back this is an absolute scam

I was sent the wrong ticket, spent over 4 hours on the phone and still no refund, just a horrible experience altogether. AVOID!

Great service,, all went smoothly! Seller transfered tickets in good time! Booling process was good! Its good to know if there is a problem viagogo will be there to help! Would highly recommend using them! Iam sure i will again! Have never had a problem with them! Great way of getting tickets!!

The Fees were very reasonable and the booking process was seemless.Communication was excellent, keeping me up to date as to when the ticket would become available and when the actual ticket was ready to be transferred. First class service.

Ariana grande. Best time of my life

It was my first time booking concert tickets on viagogo and I was very impressed. As I hadn’t used the marketplace before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was communicated via email prior to the event and sent the tickets to download on axs which was very reassuring. The seats themselves were great and we had an amazing night seeing Ariana Grande at the O2. I would definitely consider booking tickets on viagogo in future.

Price was cheaper than Stubhub and I got the ticket on time!

System is very complicated with dow loading multiple apps. However support was quick.

The tickets arrived almost 3 months before the concert and worked perfectly! I was very happy to have them early and confirm they're real!

Easy to find tickets in various sections of Wembley stadium. Received the tickets by downloading from an emailed link a few days before the concert. Entry into the venue was smooth. Overall, getting my tickets from Viagogo was quick and easy.
