Safe and fast ticket purchase. Seats sold exactly as described. Helpline open before the concert. Everything ok.

We bought tickets for el Clásico 10 of May and paid 2342 euros in advance. 1 hour before the game, they said that there were not tickets available and didn’t even offer the replacement.
Right now we have to wait as they said 8 businesses days to get the refund.
Awful experience, avoid this website, they are scammers.

Avoid this venue to buy anything.
They sent my ticket a few hours before the concert and, because I created a selling list to try to get rid of this "ghost" ticket, they simply charged my credit card because I didn't transfer the tickets on time. But how could I transfer the ticket if I didn't have access to it?
I did receive the ticket from Ticketmaster, but I regret that I bought this ticket through Viagogo on the first place.

Big thiefs î!!!!!They charge tickets 400 euro a pice and before mach tell us that they don t have the tickets we have bought and give as ticket with 120 euro.(1 hour before )

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my e ticket after purchase. It was super smooth experience and would definitely buy through here again.

Everything has been ok! We received the tickets some months ago(phisical) at correct price . We didn't have any problem to pass the control and we enjoyed a lot the concert. We will repeat the experience with Viagogo for other events

It was the worst experience ever!!! Never received the tickets for a Barcelona game!!!! The worst customer service !! Never trust them!!!

I sold entries for Rosalia's Bcn Concert and Viagogo reported me with succesful sale according to the platform, but the money transfer never arrived, and after some days they even they asked me for a fee of cancellation transaction after every step of selling process was accepted and Finalized days before the concert, other users that I contacted also have the same problem, no coherent answer from a useless IA support chat... Any similar case? Please help. thanks

We felt lucky to find tickets for Rosalia's Lux tour. In general the process was good until the ticket transfer. Viagogo's site told us to expect transfer at 5:30pm on the night of the event - but Ticket Master required transfer before 4:30 pm (Change of policy?).

For that first show, it was a catastrophe except:
- Viagogo fully reimbursed the ticket cost.
- Their online and phone support were helpful and polite through it all.
- We were able to get tickets for the same show on a later date... And the purchase and ticket transfer worked perfectly that time.

Overall it worked pretty well.

The ticket was delivered by courier. Electronic ticket would be better
