The tour was awesome and enjoyed a lot. The bus was on time and neet and clean new bus, the guide James was supurb good in English. All togather is was a wonderful tour.

Booking is quite straightforward, which is good. But at times even after booking "successfully", I still received a "sorry, already fully booked." after a day of my booking. It really messed up my trip planning as I have committed to other tours already. If the provider can't provide the service, why couldn't they remove their listing earlier? Another problem is the providers not providing the services advertised - like they said they have a driver as a guide for the tour, only turning out we only had a driver, but not a guide. But we paid extra for the guide services. On Viator, the refund request does not provide such as a reason for refund. In other words, we customers suffer. Not good enough.

Our tour of the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum went very well. We were fortunate to have Vangelis as our tour guide. He was entertaining and quite knowledgeable of Athens and it's history. The tour never felt "rushed," We learned quite a bit. Thank you

We booked the VIP party bus and it was one of the highlights of our trip Gissell and the two gentleman that work with her are amazing extremely helpful and kept the vibe going on the bus at the end of the night they even gave us a ride back to our hotel a service they did not have to provide would highly recommend them if you want the full club experience.

Very strict on safety and explaining how fast things can go wrong. But it's extremely fun lots of space to explore and different trails based on skill level. 10/10

Booking a private airport transfer on the Viator website was incredibly straightforward. The interface allowed me to input my flight number, arrival time, and drop-off hotel seamlessly during checkout. I highly value how the site gathers this data automatically for the local operator. Upon landing, our driver was waiting right outside the baggage claim area holding a clear name sign. The vehicle was spotless, air-conditioned, and spacious enough for all our luggage. Having a pre-arranged, fixed-price ride booked online completely eliminated the stress of navigating local airport taxi queues. I will certainly use Viator's website for logistics again!

My reservation was actually cancelled because not enough people signed up to take the tour. I was not warned during the booking process that there had to be a minimum number of passengers to reserve a trip on the Legends and Icons tour.

Booking process was easy. finding the tour when returning to your website was not so easy

The tour was good, but would have been much better if it also included the tour guide, bringing us to the casket of Antonio Gaudi -we were unable to find it on our own, which was very disappointing.

The appt is user friendly, all the tours had great descriptions of the tour and they were easy to book.

We were very lucky with our group. Ricardo was an excellent guide. Slightly disappointed with the Duro river cruise, packed on like sardines on a ferry crossing.
