Booking process was simple, tour guide was amazing and trail guide was amazing , she was showing and explaining a lot while we was there, bus driver was great, caminito del rey was amazing, on day when we was there trail was mostly in the shade. After the trail, there is souvenir shops, cold drinks and can even grab some food. Overall experience was great! Thank you!

The Bookings have always been easy but in Spain and in Portugal I have had the providers cancel at the last minute and really nothing happens except I get my money back, And I guess this has happened to you so much there is not much you can do But if its a tour provider that has done this more than once in a while you really are obligated to disclose this to us.

Andrea was such a knowledgeable, energetic and wonderful guide! She was prompt, kind and very helpful. We had never done an activity like this before and she walked us through the whole process and most importantly kept us safe. We had the best time with Andrea!

Our guide, Peter was very informative about the spots we visited. He was open to wherever we wanted to
go. Since we didn’t know much about the area we left it up to him on where to take us. The Tuk Tuk was fun and worth the money.

My trip type was switched by you from what I booked. I booked the 4 hour boat trip around the island in a small boat with sight seeing after. Instead you switched what I booked on my ticket and gave me the blue lagoon and land package, with the boat if time permitting 1 hour on a ferry type boat. Very disappointing. It could not be corrected once we got to the ferry boat.

We've used Viator in a few countries so far and intend to continue using Viator. The day trips/tours have always been accurate and reliable.

Well they didn’t tell me that my scheduled flight for the $573. One didn’t go through but it’s a good thing that I called to make sure that they canceled the other one because I would have not been able to go
Nobody notified me of this problem
But I only hope that they will pick me up on August 6th at 6.20am in front of the Plaza for my excursion
