When you click on the product the price is never the same as what is advertised. Also the pick up location never seems to be in the area that you need. so you get an email after the reservation saying that it is not allowed.

Margarida was a great guide!
Viator was easy to book. My guide, Margarida, was knowledgeable, fun to be with and spoke English very well. We spent the day together at Sintra, and she made the castle and the city come alive. I was tired at the end of the day, but felt fulfilled by the experience.

Every trip we've booked with Viator has been a great experience
Every trip we've booked with them has been fantastic, I have zero complaints or concerns. I have booked about six future trips and I'm hoping that they'll go well. Using the app is very easy to search for trips, to check availability, and to purchase a trip and check out. I like their policies with not having to pay until a couple days before the tour so that if plans change, you can cancel with no penalty. I will continue to use Viator as long as they continue to supply excellent customer service.
