Decent products but terrible service. Order not delivered on time despite paying for next day delivery. To be fair the issue is probably with the logistics company they outsource to but Victorian plumbing offer no customer support - no phone number to call, live chat not available and no response to emails. Next day delivery shouldn’t be offered if it can’t be upheld, especially at an increased price. Very disappointing!

My order arrived in great time. All looks ok haven't put it in our bathroom yet. But all seems ok.

Awful post sale service. I returned an unused item and they claimed it was damaged in transit (showing some pictures of the damaged box). There was a small scratch on it and they said they will dispose the item after 14 days. I want the item back. All emails sent to me are no reply. Very poor customer experience. I won't be ordering again knowing that I cannot rely on the returns service.

Horrific costly and archaic returns policy.

Credit only, courier at own expense, phone to order to use the credit like it's a 1997 mail order company.

Avoid like the plague. Horrible experience and people.

Bought these tiles for my kitchen add them as a splash back too and they look amazing 🤩 just ordered another pack for my utility room, decent delivery time, would highly recommend

Despite a very disappointing outcome when reaching out to Victoria Plumbing for a faulty tap, I wanted to say that Willow Rawcliffe had been super helpful and understanding.

I bought my tap back in 2022 and it’s now developed a leak. I was advised that since the old tap was discontinued, the warranty it had was no longer valid which I found odd. Willow pushed it through to get the manufacturer to review as the same titled tap (with some changes to the hose) was still available on the website.

I’ve just had a response tonight that the warranty for the old tap was only 2 years despite the same named tap on the website being 5 years. As I don’t have a screenshot of the original listing.. it’s not something that I can confirm. Very disappointed in the outcome where spending over £150 on a tap only lasted 3-4 years..

This is my second recent order and have found this company very professional from the point of order to delivery keeping me informed of delivery. The whole package was so well packed and well padded definitely knew what they were doing Great service

My query which was not an easy or straight forward one was, lucky for me, taken by a VP representative named, Steven Newcomb.
He firstly realised that it would be far more beneficial to me, if he called to speak to me rather than trying to detail everything in an email.
His explanation was clear, professional and provided all the details to help me to resolve my issue, and offered his assistance should I require further help, could not ask for more, thank you VP, thank you Steven..

Sewa Evanson was very helpful and polite and got my problem sorted in no time and will hopefully recieve my sink within the next 3 days , thank you Sewa Evanson
