Delivery at point of sale said i would be contacted for a suitable delivery date, however after payment completed it has now stated 2-7 days, the customer cannot take delivery of items in that time frame.

Completely let me down!! Do not trust!
I have placed an order for next day delivery but, when I tracked it, it wasn't updating. I contacted customer service to check and they said the order would be delivered later than agreed. They have let me down really badly as the job needs to happen on the booked day as a matter of near life or death. Unfortunately I couldn't buy the shower any earlier. Now they missed the next day delivery there is no way I can source it anywhere else in time. The customer service have been totally unhelpful. They clearly have the product in stock as the said it would be delivered a day later than agreed so I offered to go collect it and they said NO, I offered to pay for a faster courier and they said NO. Completely unhelpful and I won't be buying from them again. DO NOT trust the delivery date even if you have paid extra for it.

Unacceptable delivery delay
I placed an order with Victorian Plumbing for a shower base on 17 August, including paying £24 for delivery. It is now 5 September — 20 days later — and the order still has not been delivered.
The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. We have been left without a functioning bathroom for 20 days, with no update on when the item will actually arrive.
If you are charging £24 for delivery, I would expect the order to arrive within the promised timeframe.
