Shocking customer service
While they may have a fantastic range, you better hope there isn’t an issue with your order! Their customer service, both through the live chat function and email, completely left me in the dark, was actively unhelpful and even willingly lied on more than one occasion. I even wrote to them afterwards to lodge my concerns before leaving a review on here and even that was fobbed off.
