Avoid - very poor and expensive returns
Avoid! They make it incredibly hard for you to return.
1 - you have to do it yourself via a courier
2- when using a courier you have to put a contact number in for the business. I spoke to the customer service team via the chatbot. ‘We do not have a contact number’. I was advised to put my number down in order to proceed with the courier.
Ok so what happens if the delivery driver has a question/cant find the address and calls me? MAKES NO SENSE.
Also for the pleasure of the return, it costs £25 for the original delivery, £45 to return, the cheapest i found was UPS at £45!!! And then i will need to re-order the correct item for another £25 delivery fee. Absolute joke. Thats £95 in delivery fees, thats 32% of the whole cost of the item.
I even asked the service agent can they help soften the blow of this exchange and they said they can offer 5% reduction in the new order. So basically nothing compared to the £95 in delivery fees.
Atrocious CS all round, cant speak to anyone. Only use this company if you have everything correct in terms of size. If you have to exchange or return, it will hit your pocket hard.
