Had a few teething problems at first ie devise kept losing signal is lot better but at times still does but not at all like it did

I had a call first to help me understand what item was best suited to my needs.

Once ordered, the item arrived quickly and was all set up.

There were some issues with some of the setting showever these resolved very promplty.

I will be ordering more.

Very friendly staff. Felt supported all the way through. Helped with hiding the tracker, setting it up, very nice, always on the line. Helped to take it with Uber and helped with my urgent request. The level of service is here is crazy!

Good as gold; I use the vigitech tracking service & everything is top notch(precious things need to be diligently observed with care). Certain models have to be manipulated from distributor side but I have no issues & look forward too many years of peace-of-mind!

James was really helpful pre-sales and then afterwards when I had a question on the product. Very quick and simple to understand replies. The tracker itself was a great price and delivered really quickly too. The online tracking system is easy to set up and use. I'd completely recommend Vigitech to other boat owners.

My car was stolen off my drive last night as I discovered first thing in the morning . Following a log on to the tracker, we were able to see that the car had been left as a “soaker” around 40 miles away, reported to the police and thankfully recovered. Having also got James support (at a very early hour!) the value of using Vigitech’s solution was very significant. Having had the tracker fitted on the car from new, my experience with Vigitech has been exemplary, in an age when after service can be lacking. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be looking to add further upgrades.

Ordered and arrived the following day, great price, great quality kit and same day response to questions, a little tricky to set up the app for a none tech old boy….!
But works great now im sorted.

Phoned the company for pre-sale support with what I thought was the best option - was recommended a cheaper, more suitable product. Bought it at 4pm on a Thursday, and it arrived, registered to my account, on the Saturday.
Logging into their system is straight forward, and the systems just work!
The subscription fee is cheaper than I can buy a monthly SIM contract for.
The whole process, support and products have been ecceptional. Will definitely be using this product again, and recommending to as many of my friends as possible.

Great communication, I actually WhatsApped an enquiry out of hours and received a response more or less immediately.
I purchased 2 trackers and had them delivered in 48hrs, easily installed, up and running within the hour - perfect 👍

I have 4 trackers now and all work perfectly. Trackers arrived in good time and are well packaged. Excellent company to deal with.
