A lot of packaging for one item, however little chance of it getting damaged. Delivery time was excellent, Post Office, at 18.30!

I ordered my puppy food on 13th Aug for…
I ordered my puppy food on 13th Aug for next day delivery, now 28th Aug, the money has been taken but no food. This is the second time I have had this problem with Viovet.
I phoned for assistance and was informed that although my money has been taken they do not have the food or a date it will be available.
I have a puppy that is nearly out of her food and a company that will not offer any help.
Will not be using Viovet again.
I have since contacted the manufacturer and confirmed there is no shortage of this product, cancelled the order with Viovet by phone - the full refund confirmed to me, only to receive an email confirming a refund for under a quarter of the money taken. I am now customer 12 yet again in a queue for a Viovet representative, for the 4th time today to get my refund.
A waste of a day, no call back as requested, a reply put on here that did not help at all in resolving the issue.
