I booked a flight that comes with free…
I booked a flight that comes with free cancellation without reason, this expensive option said they will give a full refund if you cancel. They never stated they will only refund the ticket fare. At the end of the day, I lost 205 euros which they claimed was the insurance money for the cancellation without no reason and ticket fees. Vliegwinkel is such a deceptive company.

Never again buying flying tickets at…
Never again buying flying tickets at vliegwinkel. This website is misleading. I bought I ticket , which I was informed before that I could purchase checked baggage after the payment was done. Ofcourse I was not able to add extra baggage and I know have to pay way too much while purchasing on the airport.
There is no info in the website clarifying about adding baggage after or before the payment, neither that if you buy a ticket with connection, you won’t be able to add luggage while booking the ticket.
I contacted customer service, and ofcourse they don’t care. They didn’t help, besides giving stupid excuses.
I will ended up paying almost half of the ticket price on adding checked baggage to my trip!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Some issues with missing carry-on luggage or delayed e-tickets were a bit frustrating, but in the end, these were resolved with effort. End up paying +400 euros to be able to book the same flights
After several attempts I managed to buy the flights roughly 400 euros more expensive than what was initially shown. After filling in all information it would show that the flights were not available, then I would go into the search again, find for the same initial price and after filling in all the info again not available. It only worked after several trials that they increased the price of the same flights in roughly 400 euros! Very frustrating!
