We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop & offered coffee. Ryan was absolutely wonderful in explaining everything to me as I’m not good with technology. He was very polite, friendly & obviously knew his stuff! He answered all my questions. I was worried what affect changing my phone would have on my hearing aid app & he put my mind at rest about that. He set it all up for my phone to be delivered the next day to my home. I do hope Ryan gets recognition for being an amazing adviser to me, & wish him all the best.

Amazing Grace

The advisor
The advisor tried every way possible to sort out the issue with my network and finally found the issue and was rectified within minutes. When sorting the issue he also told me I could save money on my Vodafone broadband. Had issue's and he when above and beyond to sort. Couldn't resolve in store. As it was out of his hand, But told me he would personally get in touch when he had more answers.
He surely did know what he was doing and didn't just try and fob me off and do the basic.
