Metro Centre Vodaphone store
I visited the Metro Centre Vodaphone store today and was dealt with by Neil. I found him to be extremely knowledgable and professional, and he had the ability to explain details in a way that I, as a person who did not grow up with technology, could understand. He patiently answered my questions and provided all the information I needed. This is the second time I have spoken to this member of staff, the previous time was several months ago about a completely different issue and on that occasion, I also received excellent customer service.
