Courtney took my challenge today to get my monthly cost down. I had just retired and was out of contract and she managed to decrease my overall costs by £7 monthly or £84 annually whilst increasing my monthly data usage. She was very pleasant and helpful.

The girl Katie who served me at the vodafone store in the Metro Centre at Gateshead had excellent customer service skills. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she set up my new phone and transferred all of my data from my iphone to my galaxy phone. She also set up a new sim only contract for me saving me money over the coming years. She also sold me the chargimg plug i needed for my new phone. I'd recommend visiting this vodafone store to family and friends. Thank you again Katie for all your help, Evelyn.

Needed to visit the metrocentre shop…
Needed to visit the metrocentre shop (thank goodness for shops, since technology has utterly failed me today) to sort a home broadband switch to vodafone. The assistance I received was excellent. Courtney's patience and commitment to helping me sort things out is hugely appreciated, after an extremely frustrating morning. I have to say, the person on the other end of the phone, when I rang earlier before going to the store, tried his hardest to help with a technical problem that is with my current provider, but in the end I needed the store. Wish more providers provided local physical outlets, because when the tech is a problem it's shop face-to-face help I want. Thank you vodafone metrocentre.

Broadband Change
Seen by both Lorna and Courtney on two separate occasions when changing my broadband provider. Both answered my multitude of questions and carried out the changeover without any issues. So far my experience of Vodafone Metro Centre has been a positive one.
