Had a really positive experience today with Lindsey from the Stirling Vodafone shop. I had just returned from travelling abroad and had an issue regarding my service which was due to a misunderstanding regarding some T&Cs of the roaming pass. I was given great customer service by a very pleasant young man named Oliver. He helped me greatly and left me with a great impression of both Vodafone in general but also the store inside the Thistles shopping centre.

Superb Customer Service!
I was recently in the Vodafone shop in Stirling and a lovely young woman called Susie helped me with with a new contract for my phone. She was very knowledgeable, honest and a great communicator, helping me choose the right solution for me. I've been a long term Vodafone user and highly recommend her if you're ever in the store. I also recently bought a phone that I've had repeat difficulties with - Susie was very patient and helped me resolve a few issues with that as well. She's a star!!
