Very Helpful
Lucy, who was serving me, showed me different phones, according to what I was looking for. I now have the phone S23, and I am very happy with it.
At the same time, we talked about updating my broadband, which has proved challenging. Lucy has tried to get this to go through, and had other members of staff helping. Still waiting. It has been handed over.
I think Lucy and the team at Vodafone Stirling have all gone over and beyond with their helpfulness.

Friendly, Helpful service in Stirling
I visited the Stirling Vodafone after my son left his phone in Turkey. The customer advisor - Lucy- was fantastic- she was so engaging and professional as she sorted everything out. We were so impressed and delighted to receive the same level of service when we returned a couple of weeks later to the same store to arrange my daughter’s upgrade. Lovely experience with Ronnie
Got my phone sorted from this store last year and dealt with Ronnie. Came back after having a great experience the first time and fortunate enough to be served by him again to get my broadband sorted this time.
Was in and out of the store in 15 minutes and Ronnie was lovely in making sure I understood everything and that I’d be able to connect my devices once the new router arrived.

Vodafone Stirling - replacement phone
Really pleased with the service from Lucy, who was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me informed throughout. She knew her products and remained patient even though Vodafone's internal system was slow and trying. Bottom line is that I got the new phone I required and the service was second to none.
