Staff who represent a company well are so vitally important as a bad interaction can lead to a customer leaving. Amal was brilliant and really went out of his way to fault-find my issue which ultimately was not a Vodafone one but one caused by the company I work for rolling out a security measure. Impossible to contact.
Okay, yes they are cheap and affordable. However trying to ever contact them is near impossible, the apps never actually work so I've since deleted them. Once you do get through to customer service all you ever get is constant transfers from one department to the next. It is ridiculous.
