Amazing Customer Care
From the start Ollie was extremely helpful and assisted my partner and I in deciding which phone we wanted. Ollie helped us through the entire process, was very patient and even cracked a few jokes. Went to this store on the 16th of…
Went to the store in ballinasloe on the 16th of September to help a friend get connected to broadband,specifically stated what was required,but instead was offered the most expensive package,despite repeatedly stating these requirements no notice was taken by the sales assistant ,his pompous attitude was totally unacceptable,and i certainly will not be going back there for any reason,in my view he could do with learning some basic customer skills .😡

extremely disappointed with the staff
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Vodafone Blanchardstown store.
The staff member who dealt with us was Igor. We came into the store because our two-year contract had ended and we wanted to discuss upgrading our phones. From the beginning, his attitude made us feel like he simply did not want to deal with us. He was standing there with a coffee in his hand, and after we explained what we needed, his only advice was to call Customer Service and deal with them ourselves.
I have honestly never felt so unwelcome in a shop. I felt as though I needed to apologise for walking in and asking for help. I had to ask every single question myself. There was no effort to explain what offers were available, no attempt to look at different options and no interest in helping us find a suitable upgrade.
He also gave us one price initially and then a completely different price afterwards, which only added to the confusion.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that we went to the Vodafone store in Liffey Valley afterwards and had the complete opposite experience. The staff there were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They listened to what we wanted, checked the available options and found an offer that suited us. We left the store happy.
So it clearly wasn't that what we wanted was impossible. It was simply the level of service we received in Blanchardstown.
I hope Vodafone takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not walk into one of their stores feeling like they are an inconvenience.
