To be honest, I am really not very satisfied with Vodafone company, I recommend to all the people that do not purchase ""VI"" SIMCARD, because network quality is very low as compared to the JIO.

Worst service do false promises providing high bills and when you try to port calls 100 of time and give false commitment after that, no one helps my 1 number not working; please don't trust they all are fraud

That's not a helpful because customer care service I'm not satisfied he is not listening customer complaint first time I'm talking miss pinky 8 o'clock then second time other lady not satisfied answer me !

horrible ewxperience, chor company, just on my net pack and it shows data exhausted, wihtout any use, but i am on 1.5 gb data per day,bad coppany vodafone go off

Such a pathetic network.
They charge you for a full month.
They make threatening calls before the due date of the bill.
The customer care executives are pathetic.
I have 4 numbers with this company.

I am not receiving OTPs for some time now so I am not able to get work done. I had raised complaints but I am still facing the problem. I tried chatting with customer service since I am not able to raise a complaint again but an OTP is needed for verification, so I cannot chat with an executive. This is ridiculous. Vodafone network is trash. Other than this there are so many places in Mumbai with a black out zones it is difficult talking while travelling. The international package is a scam since I could not get data while travelling in Europe despite raising complaints the situation was not resolved and had to purchase a local sim card in europe. Vodafone should reimburse me for the purchased sim card. I would not be surprised if the company goes under cause of its abysmal service. I am porting out of this frustrating carrier.

I am writing this email for your misbehavior with the client and incapable of resolving my issue even after written communication as well as so many number of follow-up’s through calls.

Please sorry to say that you have no right to say nonsense word while communicating with any of the client. I am putting it official complaint against you in this regard. You can go through my emails earlier sent to you. Right now my issue is not the consolidated statement which i am not getting even after hundreds of follow-up’s.

Here in this email my concern is not to give the satisfactory answers to the client despite of that using the wrong tone and abusive word nonsense which is not acceptable at all and as the right of customers i have not demanded any thing wrong from you. In addition to that you have given the line to your junior Mr. Parminder and then he conference the line to someone else. Is this a way to deal with the customer to play around.

So i request your management to take appropriate action to avoid these kind of actions with any other clients in future as well. And officially i want to get the update on action against this misbehavior with me. Appreciate the action from management in this regard.

Very horrible service and the package they made are not at all beneficial for customers so just throw it out .

This is worst network. lot complaint rasie. My problem isn't solve so I'm deside to change network. Surely I'm recommend don't use vi network.

complaint multiple times for network issue, but no action will be taken by vodafone . each time vodafone team said that issue resolved from our side but still facing same issues. when i talked to their seniors on 198 they said we can't provide more than current networks in your area (Bijwasan,Pushpanjali Farms,delhi-110061).
Bad services.

Really good network coverage 👏 Did use Vi across various places during my trip to India. Been to Gurgoan, Noida, Mumbai, Delhi and Punjab - No call dropouts and good Internet speed.

Vodafone india i must say one of the pathetic networking i ever faced in my entire career BSNL even is better the this.
Wherever i had being i faces networking issues and internet was also pathetic.
Never ever i would suggest this in my dream to anyone elsein india.

Worst connection I could have ever taken.
Don’t not provide net. Always buffering. Net has no speed worst decision i have took😠

I had activated for missed call alert for 1 month and i got a message saying that it is activated and the amount of Rs. 30 also got deducted from my account.
Even after 1 hour also, i did not receive any missed call alert SMS from the operators. I had tried the missed call from another to see whether my number is active or not. But to my disappointment i got no missed call alerts and a complaint was raised against it.
Its the worst service ever.
I am going to port soon.
Jio network provides free missed call alert service and vodafone is utter useless.

Every month my recharge waste because I'm not able to use internet connection properly.9210785741 and 9211383911 long time facing issues many complaint but no resolutions will port again both numbers, mostly 12 night time stop working

Vodafone is a faltu and and chitter company. Owner is a theft and chutiya

So worst service, and no network speed inside the home, I have complaint so many time but no issue resolve customer care saying that Network is good in your area, try to change Sim slot, reboot mobile, etc solution given which very worst, so much dispointed I'm trying to port in another service provider.
