I started to use this company to quit vaping and after I quit I unsubscribed from there emails but they still constantly send me back to back email. They don’t want to help you quit they just want your money. So just remember if you do order from the your email will forever get spammed by them.

I've used Vuse twice. The 1st time, everything went swimmingly. The 2nd order was not sent out on time (should have been same day dispatch) and I ordered it around 8am on a Wednesday. It went out the following day, meaning Evri (yeah, I know!) didn't receive it until Friday morning. It's finally reached the local depot on Saturday but they're not delivering which means I won't get my order until next week now.
They claim same day dispatch. They don't.
They claim 2 day standard delivery. They don't.
When I spoke to CS they did admit that it hadn't gone as quickly as it should have, but didn't admit liability in the fact that it wasn't dispatched on time like they promise.
The person who I spoke to has offered to send out a complimentary pod pack which is appreciated, but I'm still now having to purchase more later today as I won't get my order, nor the comp pods until next week.
And therein lies the problem... what is the point or use in using Vuse to order directly from their website? I haven't bothered with a subscription yet as I wanted to see how things went and this now confirms I've done the right thing. It's just not WORTH the hassle if something goes wrong.
I'm not ordering for the sake of ordering, nor am I hoarding thousands of packs like I've been shopping at Costco. I order when I know I'll need them. Sadly on this occasion, they've fallen flat and it's going to take the best part of a week to receive my order.
Vuse - you MUST do better. It was ordered around 8am. You had a full day to get my order out. When I ran stores as a store manager arranging deliveries, they were immediately worked on and not once was an order held for longer than 2 hrs.

Absolutely useless and non functional customer care. I have been with Vuse for 2 years now and faced issue with my card and when repeatedly I removed and added 3 different card details, it kept saying order failed. Been using Vuse products for almost 5+ years now. Probably the best on the market from other nicotine replacements I have tried in the past! I’ve had a few issues with my few devices and have always had a great time being able to resolve the issues with the help of the Vuse customer service teams. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Nina M, who kindly helped me out today when one of my Vuse Pro devices wasn’t charging properly. She promptly helped me, asked what my issues were and offered some troubleshooting adevice and when that didn’t fix the issue she was able to send me a replacement free of charge. Will continue to be a loyal Vuse customer until I can finally kick the nicotine habit one day!

Shocking. Every time I order and pay for next day delivery it takes a week then the tracking will change randomly from 'In Transit' to 'In the Warehouse' and they 'have to re-send'. Fraudsters. Do not use. Feels like a major scam to me.
My subscription came up a few packets short. I contacted them through the live chat, and within 15 minutes they had sent a new order with the missing packets. Jeta F. was extremely helpful!
