Before and during lockdown the customer service here is brilliant. The guys have so much product knowledge to make sure you leave with products that will suit you and order stock in if requested. Delivery service during lockdown was brilliant, even travelling to different store locations to fulfil my order. Appreciate the effort you guys put in with your customers!

Tough times....not for the customers of Vvapour
During these unpresidented times, when apparently our vape shops were not essential buying, the guys didn't fail us. They arranged a delivery service for us to be able to get our supplies. Fantastic service, always helpful and now changes to the shops to ensure all our safety. Thanks to all at Vvapour

been using for the last 3 year always a very profesanal service had no issues aprt from 1 royal mail damadged the package but was quickly replaced by the team at no extra cost to me would highly recomend

Could not recommend them more!
I have used this store for the past 5-6 years and the guys have always been nothing but great help, knowledgeable and when there has been any issue have resolved it immediately. They have even helped when I couldn't open my tank without charging.
They will give you advice about the best products for you.... Not just the most expensive to increase their profits!
Most recently during the pandemic they delevered juices to my home and have always ensured they could get supply safely to their clients.
Couldn't recommend them more!
