Good customer service

I waited 4 hours for my food
I waited 4 hours for my food, that had been sitting at the restaurant for at least 3 hours. It was cold and dry when it arrived. I understand that errors happen. Though what I am angry about is the way the handled how to make it up to me.
I was offered waiteer coins for 75% of the order. I find it disrespectful to try to keep me in the system in this way.

Driver asked me to come down the stairs…
Driver asked me to come down the stairs to pick up the food. Not really what home delivery means. Never happened with Wolt.
To top it off, the restaurant sent spaghetti carbonara instead of meatballs.
So two screw-ups in the first delivery ever with Waiteer. They seem to still have a lot to learn.

The delivery arrived an hour later than planned and my food was cold.
I contacted the customer support and all they wrote was “we are terrible sorry.”
Well I’m terrible sorry too, because I will not be a returning customer.
