And is nothing what can be done about this.

Item evidently kept by driver and bogus photo taken.

Ordered a new cover for my Samsung tablet. Had a wait of maybe 4 days. Got a notification on my phone that the cover was delivered. Funny, my camera didn't go off. I looked, no package on the porch, which is where all deliveries go. I walked around, nothing. The photo left by the driver was a long distance pic of my car, house and yard. No package. Wrote to Walmart, no response yet. Delivery services for groceries has been great, left where they should be left with an appropriate photo attached. But this sucks.

RIP OFF - refund amount/order issues/customer service

This is an update to review posted 7-27.
Order (2000149-03604895) placed 7-13 for one item qty of 15. Received two shipment for qty of 7. Remaining qty of 8 showed 2 shipments with FedEx in IL since 7-13.
Called customer service (you can read the hassle in that review dated 7-27) and they were supposed to replace the order/lost shipments. This morning received email for refund amount $117.32.
Again called customer service (Sdan), gave him order # from refund email and he couldn’t find it. He even read it back. Asked for supervisor, put on hold.
He came back that he found the order, they didn’t have product, so refund issued back to credit card. Reviewed refund email received and refund on the email $117.32 isn’t correct. He put me on hold. Came back on the phone indicating $117.32 is the total refund amount. Reviewed with him to calculate $27.40 each (not including tax) x qty 8, he put me on hold. He came back on the phone indicating the refund amount is $117.32. Asked to speak to supervisor, he put me on hold.
He came back on the phone refund amount will be $234.64, a 2nd refund. When asked ( he confirmed), my phone call initiated review of refund amount and another refund and that I’ll get another email.
I’m not confident with this conversation and anticipate I’ll have to make another call to Walmart. I may be surprised.
I’ll have to watch credit card bill.
If you read other review dated 7-27, this is totally unacceptable! The time spent on this order, directed I needed to contact FedEx for lost shipments is not acceptable. I paid Walmart and should not have to call FedEx or any of their third parties that they choose!
They also want you to use their AI for both online and phone (makes it difficult to not use) and it SUCKS. You get “canned” responses/several times, and doesn’t address the message at all.
I would rate “zero” for this review, but that isn’t an option.

I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM WALMART!!!!

Shop at Las Cruces neighborhood market

Shop at Las Cruces neighborhood market. Have you ever been to supermarket that had no bags for your purchases? This store has been without for at least two days. The imbeciles in charge of making sure bags are available should be fired. If they can’t get this right what else is wrong at the store? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Customer Service Rep Angela

I want to tell about a WONDERFUL experience with the Walmart customer service rep named Angela, who works in Bentonville, Arkansas. Her expertise in listening to customers and working out their need is superb. I wanted to buy a bike for my great-grandson for his 4th birthday. He wanted a Huffy Marvel Hulk bike. I searched and could find one ONLY at a Walmart store in Ontario, Canada. I was excited and placed it in my cart. Upon check-out, however, I could not purchase the bike because I did not have a Canadian address. I wrote to the Walmart CEO in Bentonville. My request ended up with Angela. She said that Walmart does not normally ship from Canada to the U. S.; however, she would see what she could to. Well, I don't know what strings she was able to pull ~ but, after a few days, I received the bike. This sweet lady listened to me; she saw that the situation was a bit of a problem; she worked it out; this happy customer received her desired product. Angela should have the position of Trainer for the customer service reps. She knows how to do it right!! I appreciate her. She represented Walmart perfectly.!!

Issues with refund

Ordered a portable A/C unit, got it & ended up not needing it - never opened. Retuned within 2 days to our local Walmart, because why not ? It was easier. That was June 16. I have yet to get my refund eventhough I have the receipt to prove return. Numerous calls to Walmart.com and the same BS every time. Will never order again from Walmart.com

Ordered an ac/heat unit online at walmart.com. waited weeks for delivery due today. Hung around waiting for the package. Having checked the status many times over 2 weeks and the status never changed. Just had a delivery date of today, same as when i ordered it. Finally contacted customer service to check on it. The rep was great. Gave me any honest answer. There was a vendor issue and it never shipped, won't, and offered a refund. No compensation for using my money for a month, I asked. Still another week to 10 days before a refund will be issued.
I will never order online from Walmart again. This is not the 1st time I've had issues like this with Walmart online ordering. In my opinion they dont use legit vendors. Their order system doesn't provide real time updates.
If you buy something at the store its great but I believe you should never order online from Walmart. Buyer beware warning!!

So I brought my twenty seventeen jeep…

So I brought my twenty seventeen jeep grand cherokee trail hawk into their auto center to get an oil change. And my tie is rotated. They stripped my oil plug, they stripped my lug. Nuts on the passenger side, then tried to get me to pay for their mistakes. Even though nothing got done. The auto care manager was rude, disrespectful, discriminative and I wouldn't use the words that he called me. But yes, I got called some very derogatory things. So I contacted Walmart. Nothing has been done. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership. Where they charged me $209 to undue, what the Walmart auto center did to my vehicle. They also left scratches on my back bumper. I guess because they were trying to get my lug nuts off. So you add that to the amount of money that I had to spend at the dealership to fix the problem. But yet, Walmart is not taking accountability for what they did. This is a greedy company. And I will never give them another red penny. If you value your vehicle, do not take it to a Walmart. Auto center, take it to the dealership. Because it's not gonna cost you that much more. And you know, the work is gonna get done.Correctly.

Walmarts proven limitations

I am a Walmart+ customer. They have proven time and time again that their home delivery program is a blessing to many customers. However, there's a real flaw in their program. Along with a few trial streaming services, they offer free tv mounting (mount separate) and old tv removal. And there's the rub. Walmart doesn't have an installation section so it is a 3rd party company used to do installs. I had Angi. I received the tv on July 18th, Angi was scheduled for the 19th. They emailed they had to reschedule the 22nd. The 22nd arrived but got another that they couldn't find a qualified pro to mount the TV. They rescheduled for the 25th. They emailed, still couldn't find a match for my tv. Rescheduled for today, just got an email that they will not be installing the tv. I contacted Walmart Customer service. Explained the issue and their agent said I should contact Angi. After explaining a third time and being told they were sorry but I needed to contact Angi, I decided to quit beating that dead horse and hung up
So I guess I will have to mount the mount and TV myself and hope for the best because the worst has already been realized.

Disappointing Overall Experience

I was really looking forward to getting my new kitchen gadgets from Walmart, but the whole thing was kind of a letdown. First off, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer because I wanted to try them out right away. When they finally arrived, I noticed that one of the items was not what I thought I had ordered; it looked different from the pictures online. I even double-checked the description to make sure I wasn't going crazy, but it just didn't match up. The quality of the items was okay, but not what I would consider great for the price. It feels like those cheap knock-offs you find at discount stores, not the sturdy kitchen tools I was hoping for. Communication from customer service was pretty lacking too. I tried reaching out to ask about the mix-up, but their response took forever and didn’t really help much. I understand that things can get busy, but it left me feeling frustrated and a bit neglected as a customer. Overall, I’d say my experience was pretty disappointing and I expected better from Walmart. I might give them another shot in the future, but right now, I'm not feeling optimistic.

Parking lot crime

I generally like this store. Their electronics department single-handedly saved my Christmas a few years back, and the associate was the most helpful and pleasant person to deal with. Every associate I've encountered on the sales floor has been knowledgeable and very pleasant. But their parking lot security is non-existent and absolutely infuriating. Mine and my son's bikes were stolen from the bike corral last night. Mine was a cheap Walmart-special mountain bike, worth a few hundred dollars after the add-ons I needed. My son's was a $700 e-bike, his only transportation to and from work, more than 20 miles from home. We had three big locks and cables on them, and removed the battery from the e-bike, making it impossible to ride away. We were in the store for less than an hour. We came out and they were gone, locks and chains left on the ground. Security said file a police report, end of conversation. I've spoken with an older man who's lost two bikes on that corral, and seen multiple broken u-locks destroyed with a crowbar. Bicycle theft is not just common there, it's a daily occurrence. And security doesn't seem to care. I wonder if someone on the staff is complicit with the thieves, because it keeps happening and they've taken no steps to combat the problem. They just don't care. I will never go in that store again, because I know they don't care at all about their customers being victimized once they're outside of the store. The uniformed security officer at the grocery side door was the only employee who showed a bit of concern. For the customer service employees and loss prevention, they couldn't have cared less because they hear the same story every day. And it will just keep happening because who gives a crap about customers who can't even afford to drive a car?

My experience was so bad none of my household family whatever shop at this place again Walmart store in Hialeah the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in my life with customer service and I reached out to head office department for help and they assure me someone to get back to me and this is three weeks now. I always was told like a tree everything comes from the top and the root cause it’s all about customer service. One star is just too much for this place. If they head of the household is bad all the staff will be the same it just trickle down. I wish them all the best in the future because they’re gonna need it. I’m not want to sit and write reviews, but this was so bad I had to put it up there.

Walmart Failed on Delivery, Communication & Customer Service

Walmart Failed on Delivery, Communication, and Customer Service

I ordered two Drew Barrymore swivel accent chairs from Walmart for over $640 after spending considerable time researching furniture online. Buying furniture online is not a quick or easy decision. Unlike purchasing everyday items, you can't see the furniture in person, sit in it, evaluate the quality, or determine whether the color and fabric match your home. My family spent a lot of time reading reviews, comparing options, and debating whether these were the right chairs before finally deciding to place the order.

Walmart promised free 2-day delivery, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase. Shortly after ordering, the status showed the chairs were ready for delivery. Then I received a notification saying the order was delayed. When I contacted customer service, the representative told me the chairs were sitting at a fulfillment center waiting for a carrier to pick them up. Based on that information, I assumed the delay was temporary and that the order would still arrive.

Instead, Walmart later canceled the entire order and claimed the chairs were out of stock. That explanation directly conflicted with what customer service had told me. Even more frustrating, Walmart is still showing the exact same chairs as available for purchase online. At the time of this review, I can go to Walmart's website, place the same order again, and receive the same delivery promise. So how were my chairs suddenly "out of stock" after I had already purchased them and waited several days?

To make matters worse, the customer service representative apologized for the inconvenience and promised a $25 gift card as a goodwill gesture. That gift card never arrived.

This experience wasn't just about a delayed shipment. It was about wasted time, misleading delivery promises, poor communication, conflicting explanations, inaccurate order updates, and broken customer service commitments. Walmart had my order, provided delivery estimates, delayed it, canceled it, and then gave an explanation that simply doesn't match the facts I was given.

For anyone considering buying furniture online from Walmart, be cautious. Furniture purchases require time, research, and confidence in the retailer. After spending days deciding on these chairs and expecting delivery, having the order canceled while the product still appears available for sale online was incredibly disappointing.

Walmart says, "We do the right thing. We are honest, fair, and transparent, and we do what we say we're going to do. We earn trust." Well, Walmart didn't just lose a sale—they lost my trust.

Ludicrous charges

I most recently made a purchase online with Walmart.com. While checking out, the system took me to a screen where I had to pick the delivery date/time.... which also notified me of a $9.95 delivery charge......plus a tip charge for the delivery driver. First of all, I cannot believe Walmart has the audacity to charge a tip for delivery!!! Pay your delivery drivers a decent wage and they won't have to rely on tips. Walmart certainly makes enough money, but of course the big cheeses want to keep their wallets fat! I don't even tip UPS or FedEx for deliveries. Secondly, I have been ordering online from Walmart.com for years and years. I have never once been charged a $9.95 delivery charge nor have I had to pick the day/time for delivery. Walmart has some freaking nerve charging customers a $9.95 delivery charge!!! It is no wonder more and more people have stopped shopping at Walmart.

Walmart Dishonesty

Needed a phone so ordered online from Walmart in Benson Az. It said it was a Walmart Family Plan and then there were Walmart Verizon phones too. I did not pick Verizon phones. The said I must pick up phone be 3pm. Then in 1 hour they said they would deliver phone "do you accept" and I said yes. They said it would be delivered same day. Then 3 days later I received the phone and activated the prepaid card and it said Verizon! If I had not turned my limited 5GB of prepaid data off they would have used all my data by sneaking over 30 game apps into my phone. This should be illegal. It would have used all my data to install apps I did not willingly download. I disabled all app downloads. I will never use Walmart for any purchases again not even food. I will use the prepaid card for one year until its unlocked and its mine. What a scam. No refund on the prepaid card even if its not used too. These people are dishonest and oh what a scam. Good bye Walmart. You just lost a great customer.
