There was a good web site that explained all I needed to know. The heater I bought was in their sale so I saved money. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. It looks good and easy to fit. I can't comment on how efficient it is until later in the year when the cold weather returns but all the available evidence seems positive. Finally it has a 5 year warranty.

Currently heating our house with electric panel heaters, have been looking to change to a more efficient system. Didn’t want storage heaters and the current panel heaters heat the room efficiently but are expensive. Several conversations and hours of research later, Infrared heaters kept coming up. Met Charli from Warm4Less at a show in Birmingham and was able to talk through our requirements and actually see and feel an infrared panel heater. Subsequent emails with Charli after the show discussing room measurements and orientation and we opted to buy a wall mounted 900w panel heater to essentially see if it would work for us.

The direct heat emitted is brilliant. No longer waiting for the room to heat up to feel the warmth, it’s just instant warmth, as if sat in a bay window on a sunny day. Time will tell with regards to kW usage but initial findings using our smart meter would suggest we’ll cut our usage by around a third.
Customer service from the company has been fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them with a query.
Delivery was within 2 days.
All in all, we’ll be replacing all of our existing heaters with infrared panels over the summer in time for next winter.

The heaters arrived neatly packed with everything required for installation. I had them hard wired so the electrician did the installation work, but they were impressed with the quality and packaging. I then discovered I required controllers but they are competitively priced and arrived a day or so later. The heaters are very effective and will address the colder rooms in my apartment.

The service was prompt and the product seems to be ok so far. I was disappointed by the extra cost of the shipping to Northern Ireland. Good old Brexit.

Panel was delivered promptly the next day, was easy to fit as usual and works well. This was an extra panel to supplement the others in the room in the coldest weather or to warm up more quickly if the room needs bringing into use without warning.

Product arrived promptly looks good haven’t had it fitted yet so will let you know.

Website easy to navigate and to find the required information. Ordering the item was quick and efficient, and delivery was perfect. The product has exceeded expectations with regards to quality and colour, and the installation instructions were clear and very helpful. Product is easy to use, and starts to warm the room quickly. The only issue is the look of a white cable against a dark blue wall as I don’t want to inset it into the wall. Nice to know that I’m using a renewable energy source too, in place of the gas fire.

Having used this company before and finding thier attention to detale refreshing, I decided to order another heater and two plug in timers.
These arived on time with all fitting kits and instructions , be aware that the delivery has to be signed for, I missed the delivery first time but they delivered the next day so no problem .
I shall without doubt use this company for all my heating supplies in future, many thank warm4less.

Excellent service and great product

Great customer service. And we love our infrared heaters. We have 2 now on our converted American school bus. Which we live on full time. They are way better than the diesel heaters we have been using for the last 3 years. Would highly recommend warm4less and their products
