Grounds Maintenance of a David Wilson Development
This company are responsible for grounds maintenance on our estate in Ashbourne Derbyshire. Despite paying the annual management fee (along with all the freeholders on our estate) we have not received an equal service. Our repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears - there estate/development managers lie, deflect and make up excuses to avoid responsibility. We have no choice as David Wilson Homes - the developer wrote the management into the deeds. Beware if your buying a David Wilson Home check your TP1 tenant contract carefully.

I’ve written numerous emails to two…
I’ve written numerous emails to two individuals. I am always unsure as to whether bad service is down to staff who are useless at understanding customer service or whether it is the company who allows staff to follow a slack line of courtesy. I have rarely received a response to emails asking for updates apart from a fair few out of office on leave emails. I have dealt with two individuals LF and JH. If they wish to complain about this review I suggest they respond to me via email and I will consider responding in due course should I wish to as that is clearly the moda operandi these individuals work to.
They are not only giving Warwick estates a bad reputation but are ignoring important safety standards which could lead to prosecution of company officers should the lack of ventilation in a gas meter cupboard cause a build up of gas and therefore a potential explosion. Dramatic as it seems this is the reality of the situation.
