I find this website very difficult to…

I find this website very difficult to use but Dylan was a great help and very patient. He sent me an email with all the details I needed. However I did need CS again to work out how to change over to your different account details. It seems over complicated to me to have three separate accounts for one apartment. However I’ll set up the bank details and see how I go from there! In the meantime I request correspondence in the post.

Natasha Tilcock is my super star

Natasha Tilcock is my super star. Warwick Estates are the new service providers for Granary Court CM6 1BN. I have been asking our last service provider five months to remove flytipping mattress and debris and nothing happened. Natasha arranged and dealt with it in five days. Thank you,very much appreciated 👏

I have experienced significant issues…

I have experienced significant issues with communication and account handling.

Email notifications were not forwarded correctly after staff changes, and postal correspondence has been delayed - I received letters dated weeks earlier all at once.

Overall, the lack of timely, clear, and professional communication has caused unnecessary stress and delay.

Dylan was very helpful and organised

Dylan was very helpful and provided over the information I needed quickly, without any further delay.
Dylan seems very orgnaised and on top of his task list. Due to the fact there was no delays in obtaining the Fire Risk Assesment Dylan has great customer service skils. Well done Dylan!

Legally Deviant

Essentially, glorified con artists. Upped our service £400 (10% YoY) and still fail to deliver even basic window cleaning. We have also been fighting for years for a clear budget. Never buy a property managed by them.

NB: Response from Warwick is for PR. Having spent lots of time talking with them they have no answers and don’t ever conclude their actions.
