I find this website very difficult to use but Dylan was a great help and very patient. He sent me an email with all the details I needed. However I did need CS again to work out how to change over to your different account details. It seems over complicated to me to have three separate accounts for one apartment. However I’ll set up the bank details and see how I go from there! In the meantime I request correspondence in the post.

I have experienced significant issues with communication and account handling.
Email notifications were not forwarded correctly after staff changes, and postal correspondence has been delayed - I received letters dated weeks earlier all at once.
Overall, the lack of timely, clear, and professional communication has caused unnecessary stress and delay.

Legally Deviant
Essentially, glorified con artists. Upped our service £400 (10% YoY) and still fail to deliver even basic window cleaning. We have also been fighting for years for a clear budget. Never buy a property managed by them.
NB: Response from Warwick is for PR. Having spent lots of time talking with them they have no answers and don’t ever conclude their actions.
