Would be nice to get payslips in advance of paydate

I have been working at a school through an agency for over 2 years, receiving my payments through Sapphire. I am happy with the company because they have always paid me on time and resolved my payment issues. They have also recently reached out to inform me that I am going to receive a bonus for being with them long-term, which I am grateful for.

Abi, the lovely customer service lady I spoke to on the phone was very delightful to talk with. She was very keen and enthusiastic to share the wonderful news that as an employee of Sapphire, I will get a bonus payment next week, which will come in very useful!

Over the years, I've worked extensively as a Freelance consultant, working within IR35. During my commissions, Sapphire have been superb throughout, acting as my umbrella company.

The service they provide is top quality, managing my tax, and providing timely (weekly) payments, without exception. Their customer service is excellent, UK based and always available.

Recently, Zara M went above and beyond to help me with a personal tax issue, that dated back to a previous financial years. Something that could have posed a real issue, was dealt with promptly and efficiently within 30 mins.

I highly recommend Sapphire, and Zara.

Absolute useless annoying payroll company. Having not used this unprofessional outfit for months, they now start sending me an email to say they are enrolling me into a pension scheme. And now I have just received a text message, asking me to refer a friend! Let me make this clear, I would not refer anyone to use this company. Unless you want the weekly stress of not been paid & having to chase up your wages. AVOID these fools. Cue incoming standard empty reply. Megan which part of STOP do you not understand? Stop emailing, texting and ringing me. You absolute nuisance. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU.

There has been the odd bump in the road, with joining both a new agency and a new umbrella company. However, Sapphire have been excellent throughout. I spoke with the lovely Hannah today, who was nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and personable. I finished my call with her feeling confident, reassured and very happy. I will definitely be staying with this company 🙂
