Excellent service. Always helpful, polite and efficient. I receive regular communication from them via email. I have received yearly profit share payments which attracts me to continuing my working relationship with Sapphire. I would recommend them if you are seeking someone to administer your payments as a locum, via an umbrella company.

Disappointed with Service Quality
I've called multiple times with questions, but each time I was assured that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up. When I do reach someone by phone, they're unable to provide any solutions to my issues. To make matters worse, they haven't issued me a payslip, so I have no way to verify how much I've been charged.
The most frustrating part is the stark contrast in their approach before and after signing up. Before joining, the staff are polite and professional. However, once you're a customer, that attitude changes completely; responses become dismissive with vague promises like "we'll get back to you." This inconsistency, combined with the lack of follow-through and transparency, has left me very unsatisfied with their service.

Easy and fast payment, friendly relating to staff and swift communication between workers and management. During the start of my mortgage, the lender requested for many information and recommendations. Sapphire management was always there to respond swiftly with the necessary documents needed.
