Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 102 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the remarkably prompt international delivery and the exceptionally wide selection of reliable replacement parts available for servicing vintage electronic equipment. Many people note that these accurate, high-quality components fit their older audio devices perfectly, successfully restoring cherished vintage machines back to full working order. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional order mistakes involving incorrect items or wrong product sizes being sent out. Although customer support teams arranged replacements after being notified, these unexpected product mix-up issues caused temporary inconveniences for a fraction of buyers.

The drawer on my 20+ year old Denon CD player failed. On inspection it appeared that the problem was the eject belt, not surprising given the age of the player. I was able to source a replacement fro... See more

They turned a problem into a perfect experience

Ordered set of belts and the pinch roller for Yamaha cassette deck, belts were good, pinch roller was wrong, 1mm smaller than the original one.

Edit: I originally left a 4-star review because I received a faulty part and didn’t complain since I tested it late.
However, the webshop saw my review and reached out to me proactively. They confirmed the faulty part, and promissed new one to be sent free of charge.

This level of customer service truly deserves 5 stars. Thank you for taking responsibility and going the extra mile!

Brought a beautiful audio component back to live thanks to finding the part at WebSpareParts!

I have a nice Denon vintage CD player from 2002 that gave up just because the belt for opening the tray was dissolved. I found the replacement belt at WebSpareParts and ordered it. The entire process of ordering and tracking was excellent. In my case Fedex was used for the international shipment with no issues and delivered even faster than expected (and over the holidays). I installed the part and the CD player is completely back in business! Fantastic service from WebSpareParts!

Expensive Tariffs in US

Don't order from them if you are in the US. I ordered some belts and had to overpay for shipping, and then I got a separate bill from FedEx to pay even more for Trump Tariffs. They are not worth the expense in shipping and trump tax.

Hi James,

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your frustration.

The charge you received is not from us, but a result of recent U.S. government changes to import rules. The previous de minimis exemption that allowed small international packages to enter duty-free has been removed. This means even low-cost imports may now face customs fees or handling charges.

Before this change, we shipped to the U.S. for as little as $2.50 with no issues. Since the change, shipping rates have increased significantly, and the experience varies, some customers pay nothing extra, others receive unexpected bills. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

We do not make any profit from shipping, the amount you pay for delivery is exactly what FedEx charges us. And in many cases, when FedEx applies extra charges (like fuel surcharges or remote delivery area fees), we absord those costs ourselves.

We’ve reached out to U.S. Customs multiple times for clarification but have never received a reply. We clearly state at checkout that additional fees may apply depending on your local regulations.

We’ve been selling internationally for over 10 years and always strive to be transparent and fair. We appreciate your business and are here to help if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Gonçalo
