Paul the assessor was excellent

Paul the assessor was excellent, kept me informed and and was a pleasure to deal with.
I'm only giving 4 stars as the office told me my van would be collected on the Saturday and then the assessor arrived on the Monday instead.

Courteous and Straightforward Process

Paul was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.
He assessed our van today and kept us informed throughout the negotiation and sale process. He was fair but definitely not pushy. The complete process from inspection to sale took less than an hour and the agreed price was received in our bank before he left.

Not what I expected from we buy any van

Ryan came confirmed he would arrange to take the van but in the end the company couldn't take it away. Not Ryan's fault but the company for arranging another driver who didn't listen
