Welbourne’s are a fantastic Opticians. We have gone to them for many years and they are fantastic.
Mr Zuba Patel is great and many many thanks to Jatinder.
My husband had his usual eye check and bought some new frames and Jatinder explained all about the lenses in a very proficient manner.
We received a phone call to say they were complete but unfortunately the lens company had not added the tint to the lenses. Jatinder was most apologetic, though not his fault. The glasses were returned and when they were returned the lenses had been upgraded by the lens company and Jatinder gave 10% back as an apology for the mistake which l repeat was not his.

Local independent optician - see the same person each time.
I have been with this local independent optician for many years and have been able to establish a rapport with my optician (who has changed just once). As my vision has changed gradually, the optician has taken time to establish the optimum prescription for my contact lenses, which enables me to both drive and read small print without glasses.
