User friendly app. Great for ordering repeat prescriptions anytime anywhere and getting it delivered to your door. I'm over 60 so everything is free but before that I used a prepaid prescription.

Website is easy to use, more convenient than having to get to Drs to order then returning to chemist for meds. It is taking a lot longer now to get it as postal service (royal mail) are useless.

Lost Prescription on July 24th my GP…
Lost Prescription on July 24th my GP sent my prescription to Well Pharmacy Grangeway Runcorn. My daughter was told it would be made up by 5pm . Next Day my wife went to collect it. She was told by the assistant, it had been booked out and given to someone but sadly it was not any of us.My wife was told,she should get a new prescription off the GP they declined. So I am now missing my months supply of Metformin. Their Head Office has been Notified ( ref number 24767 ) to no avail. I am so Distressed now. ....P Huskisson

NHS prescription OK but Poor Communication
My NHS prescription arrived OK but the communication on prescriptions is unclear and confusing. While waiting for my first repeat prescription, they sent me an email saying a prescription was cancelled but it was impossible to tell which prescription.
