Taylor Swift

We went to see Taylor Swift and I honestly cannot fault the staff, stewards or security. Every one was very polite and helpful at all times and very well organised to deal with 92,000 people. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire evening.

Well done Wembley Stadium!

We attended a Taylor Swift concert on 17.08.24 at Wembley Stadium.
We were very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our seats/view was fantastic!
The only moan would be that there needs to be lots more water fountains. The queue to refill water bottles was MASSIVE! Wembley obviously want people to buy their water at £3.50 a bottle (500ml) rather than refill for free. This is bad for many reasons, not least it promotes unnecessary use of single-use plastic bottles.
Overall, we were very pleased with our visit to Wembley Stadium!

Wembley Stadium Tour

This was fantastic. Took my 12 year old football fan and he loved it. Daniel our tour guide was friendly, funny and really took pride in his work. All staff were friendly and helpful, including Ray at the photo stop. It’s such an interesting tour even if you don’t care much for football (like me!) . Would certainly do it again.

I had a very bad experience at the Bruce Springsteen show last week and wrote to the complaints department to look into it.
No reply received, this company is so bad sadly and in the future I’ll rather go abroad to see a show then use Wembley. It’s like they really don’t care at all.

Green Day Catering

After the second act before Green Day, I went to get myself and my sister (vegetarian) some food. I purchased 1 normal and one vegan hot dog as it would be quick. I waited for over 20 minutes, enquired numerous times, and was never offered a suitable alternative. In the end, I had to leave to catch the start of the show.

Since, I have been trying to get a refund as goods were not provided. It has now been over a month, and I am still yet to have the money in my account. Delaware North (Catering provider for Wembley) have terrible customer service, which, given how expensive their food is (£18.40 for the 2 hot dogs) is terrible.

1. To not provide 1 item, off a 2 item menu, is poor.
2. To lie about it being ready soon is worse.
3. To not refund the payment is unacceptable.

It dampened what was a phenomenal concert.

William 'Bill' Stirrat

After attending Bruce Springsteen on Saturday and having left my bag, with my phone and numerous items, hanging on the rail unfortunately only notice once outside the stadium, I was politely told that I would have to contact security the next day. All phone lines I tried just said to call back in office hours. Monday I phoned my number it was answered by William (Bill) Stirrat from stadium security team who confirmed he had it safe and directed me back to Wembley to pick it up. Thanks Bill credit to your company who should award you for your professional customer care. Thanks Bill.

Inaudible concert

Went to see AC/DC in Wembley Stadium on Sunday 7th July 2024. The sound was horrible. Paid a lot of money for this concert and it was inaudible. Vrry loud and not balanced. Very unhappy and will never go to this venue again for concerts. They should be held accountable!!!

Terrible, dirty and staff not interested.

Whilst Wembley stadium looks amazing from the outside that's where it ends!! Staff on entry doors looked miserable and didn't know what was going on or even when to open the doors. When we finally got inside we thought we would get a cold beer before we sit down ready to see AC/DC, the counter ee went to only had small cans of Stella at £7.80 and some of them were already pre poured? Saw a sign for spiced rum and cola so asked for one of them but with diet cola. Nope only full fat cola. I am unable to drink that but again it was premixed so wouldn't do anything about it. Go to the disabled toilet before the show and already the toilet was blocked. No sign on door but went to a member of staff who said "oh right"! Ladies toilets many of them had no toilet roll. On the way out we asked for directions and 3 different people gave us wrong directions. Not easy or good when we are both on crutches. Thank God for the police!! This doesn't make us want to rush back there. Feel very disappointed for such an iconic place.

No to disabled

Although having seen a great ACDC Concert there are no provisions for disabled people. I was ushered out like I was a squatter in an abandoned flat. Terrible would clearly advise checking all aspects if your Disabled.

Green Day were awesome but Wembley Stadium is terrible

Arrived after having a terrible time in my personal life, hoping to turn it around at Green Day. But a worker giving out the wrist bands decided to tell me that mine was a VIP band that they had a few left of. I thought wow my luck has really turned around, I never win anything. But embarrassingly found out after trying to walk into the VIP front pitch that no, he for some reason lied. I'm Autistic so this was just soul destroying for me as i suffer with RSD and it put me in tears straight away. I don't understand how people find that funny. I could barely afford my ticket in the first place, so yeah just made my whole experience worse.

The ground itself, rises upwards towards the stage, so if like me you are 5ft 5 or under, you will not be able to see a thing. Regardless of where you stand. You will pay around £100 to watch a tv screen.

The sound system is awful as well. The sound was turned up way too loud with bass and we actually struggled to hear the words being sung, the further back we went. London Stadium does not have this problem, and yes we saw Green day their last year and it was the best experience.

I am due back to Wembley stadium this Wednesday for AC/DC and i am dreading it. Very upset that I already know i won't be able to see and the experience from the mean staff and the lying was just awful. It's spiked my anxiety massively and i'm really not looking forward to going.

Once on the pitch and the main band is on, there is a small walkway to the sides of the standing area, they literally scream at you if you try to use it. I ended up breaking down in tears trying to explain i was Autistic and that fighting through a heavily dense crowd at just 5ft 5 was impossible and actually bringing on a panic attack. He did not care and screamed at me to get back into the crowd, until an older member of staff came rushing over and asked if i was OK and i explain again that i was trying to get to the back of the crowd as I was feeling suffocated and was in the middle of a panic attack and he waved me through absolutely fine. A lot of young staff members on a power trip i found. Excessive Aggression is not what you need at gig that's meant to be fun and happy.

I personally would never go back to Wembley due to this experience. I also would not recommend it to my other Neurodivergents. It's full of really unhelpful angry mean staff and its terrifying.

London Stadium is by far superior to Wembley regarding Sound system, grounds for standing and actually being able to see. The staff at London Stadium are really nice too, also none of this Gold VIP front section rubbish.

All in all, Wembley stadium and it['s staff ruined this experience. Complete waste of £200.

Green Day

Just got back from seeing Green Day, they were great, as usual, but the experience could've been better. Firstly, it said on the stadium website that you could take in small empty plastic water bottles, understandable that they were empty because people could try and bring in booze and we figured we could fill 'em up in the stadium, but then security stopped us from taking 'em in so we were forced to pay ridiculous prices for soft drinks in there, and they sold booze anyway, which of course ended up as it usually does with a couple of blokes squaring up to one another, one Woman throwing up just behind me, and at least 2 people collapsing, either because they had too much to drink or not enough because they didn't want to pay the exorbitant prices (even Billy Joe Armstrong sang too many bottles of beer on the wall in reference to someone collapsing)

Green Day concert

Green Day concert. Thousands at box office trying to get tickets, as no internet reception around Wembley. Turnstiles don't accept screenshots either. Spent over one hour queuing and arguing at box office. Told they couldn't print tickets, they finally did print tickets after I refused to budge from queue and asked for manager. Girls only answer was to move about a mile away from om Wembley to get reception. Many people had been refused entry. Apparently Wembley known for bad reception as no mast. Also queues for water massively long, as Wembley tries to fleece as much money as they can from you

Had an amazing time at the England football game.
Staff were really very lovely and accommodating. Met some very polite and caring staff, Dil and Hope were very lovely .
How can I forget the one who went the extra mile Lauren the manager I think, she was not just a pretty lovely genuine lady, but so helpful throughout our whole evening as we had an issue with signing in which was all resolved and it didn’t let us ruin our anniversary , but was worth the wait, staff were looking lovely in red and very attentive 😃 it was a lovely atmosphere and an interesting event. Thanks to everyone.

Customer support do not reply

Bought tickets via website. Tickets were emailed to me but the file wouldn't open as it was corrupted. Tried on 2 different phones and a laptop. Emailed customer support as no phone numbers available for my query. No reply. Had to travel 2hrs to Wembley not knowing if we'd be able to get in. Couldn't access fan zones as we didn't have our tickets. The whole journey there was stressful when it should have been exciting. I understand these things happen, but there needs to be assistance to help when they do. Thankfully we was able to get our tickets from the ticket office but couldn't relax until then and not an experience I'd like to go through again.

Waste of 1 billion quid

Went for play off final , first time I've been in about 10 years when I used to go to the rugby league final and it's worse now than then, inside the stadium is good and a good view from most points but the atmosphere is lacking but the concourses are a joke, all that most supporters want is something to eat and a couple of pints before the game but when your queuing for half an hour to be served and get to the counter and you realise there opening cans to pour in to a pint plastic glass it gets you wondering what the he'll did they send a billion quid on to build the dump, have even to the millennium stadium in Wales a number of times and that puts our so called national stadium to shame for a fraction of the cost. Also why are club wembley seats in full view of the TV cameras when half the time there are empty which does spoil the spectacul when the rest of the ground is full , what must the rest of the world think when watching it
