Oasis sounded as if all the sounds were just thrown up in the air and I was hearing them in the wrong order. I saw Coldplay there also bad sound quality. It’s not good enough Sound check, really... See more

Facilities not up to standard of other modern grounds
Attended for the FA cup semifinal, my fourth match at the stadium. There aren’t enough facilities so at half time you are forced to choose between using the toilet, buying food and getting back to the seat for the restart. On the higher levels there are less options for food and they serve really slowly, then as half time ends stop hot food sales. Missed part of the second half and still didn’t get any food. So many other stadiums do it better, it shows a lack of care for visiting fans. Embarrassing as a national stadium.

I did the Wembley Stadium tour on…
I did the Wembley Stadium tour on Saturday morning. I thought it was brilliant! Luis , our guide was excellent, he explained everything really well, and we saw some real gems. I’m not even into football, and I found the tour really fascinating because it was also about the music history. All staff were really polite, and tour was well organised. You were given time to take photos and reflect on what been said, also you didn’t have to walk to fast.
Health and safety were a priority, and Luis ensured that by making sure , any little children stayed with the adult they were with, at all times . I’d deft do the tour again, I’d also say the surrounding area is really good re:- Wembley, with the development of shops and play structures.
Lost in translation
couldn't understand that daft cockney accent, speak properly next time please

I went to the summer time ball it was good but also sort of bad there were these trash singers there too
Awful experience
Awful experience. The show started 2 hours late with no explanation or warning, we just sat waiting wondering when it would start. There are no proper seats, they put out these awful plastic chairs which are very close to the ground. There are no drink holders so I had to put my overpriced drink on the floor only for the person next to me to knock it over before I’d even had a sip! The queues for drinks and food is insane, you can’t even move when in that area and people are pushing and shoving trying to get past the massive queues. Whole thing was awful and wish I’d never bothered

I had a Wembley tour yesterday and it was a thoroughly great experience. My tour guide was Gemma and on the whole was quite good however doesn't know who the England Women's manger is. All in all great experience and would recommend to any football fan and make sure you get Gemma to have another look at her notes. On a side note Anthony Collins (the guy giving out wrist bands) slightly ruined my experience as he took my ball away for the whole trip. I understand why but the games the game and I wanted to share this experience with my ball. Overall Gemma was class and it was a great experience.
Useless website from start to finish
Useless website from start to finish. No advice, no help, complete waste of time. Impossible to buy tickets, constantly being told not eligible despite being logged in. Disgraceful delay tactics. Try to buy £1000 + tickets you will get straight through, but the ordinary fan forget it. They don’t care. Awful setup, avoid.
England vs Australia
Was invited down to Wembley by a supplier of ours. Box was fantastic, we even had our own chef in the box and unlimited drinks. Simply amazing

Fantastic tour guide and great day out
Bought a Wembley Stadium tour for my son and I for his birthday. It was absolutely amazing. The history of the pace was incredible but the actual tour itself was really really good. Our guide’s name was Usman or Osman (apologies which whichever I got wrong) and he was really good. Happy to interact with all of us, friendly and really helped make it a great day for my boy. Really nice guy too. Please make sure he gets recognised for this.
Sort your customer services out
This review is based on me trying various times to get answers to simple questions before I attended for an event. The customer services-or lack thereof-for a place as big as Wembley is a disgrace! Couldn’t get any any answers and waiting for email replies-when I could get one-took over a week. Just disgraceful
Wembley stadium discrimination
Last night me and my family attended the after hours show from the weeknd. We had been brought ticket to the show as a birthday gift and were very excited to see him preform. However it never went so well as the tickets were for level 5 and I suffer from epilepsy and cannot be up that high as I suffer from mass anxiety and being up that high is very dangerous for me.
On arrival me and my family went to information to see if we could get moved from up on level 5 down to a lower level. The staff at the information desk were unless and didn't want to help us out thay had no cares in the world to help a disabled person in need of help.
They never even tried I had to go to my seat and suffer because no one want to help. When the concert started down below us the lower levels there were so many seats empty and they told me they could not do anything for us. In this day and age that's is an absolute disgrace for people like me not to be helped. What is your disabled policy wembley because maybe you need to review it and help those that are disabled and need help when it comes to seating and not just think about the money all the time.

A place you can't even take in your own water, but someone else can take in a (decorative) Knife .As long as its not over 5 inches and is under cloths. Madness
Community Shield 2023
Went to the Community Shield and had a fantastic experience. Staff were great. Prices far too expensive though.
Well done Wembley
I attended the community shield match at Wembley with my two sons and my 8 year old grandson (football crazy) on Sunday 6 August. The short trip from Wembley Park station, whilst extremely busy, was very well policed and marshalled. Our 4 electronic tickets were on one phone so a helpful steward assisted us in getting through. Directional signage both outside and inside the stadium is excellent. Catering was good with ample stalls and quick service. Helpful staff to help you find your seats. Leaving was also easy with good marshalling ensuring easy flow to tube station. My grandson was awestruck by Wembley Stadium👏
Sent the wrong way!
My first visit to Wembley for Sunday's Blur concert. Great seats, and facilities not too bad, although food choices were not well signposted, you had to go to the counter to find out what was available. Biggest gripe was going into turnstile J and being sent anti-clockwise to get to entrance 101, whereas clockwise would have saved us walking around 80% of the stadium.
Blur Sat and Sunday
Went to see Blur Sat and Sunday. Great sound both days. Queues for drinks not too bad, and way shorter than Finsbury Park @ Pulp. Stewards and security at Wembley were amazing and paramedics too. 6 stars to all of them.
