Bad joke of a company

This experience left me wondering what lawyers' professional associations are up to, and how such behaviours and companies can be tolerated.

Overpricing, redefining the engagement after it is written (to their favour, of course), is the starter.

When mentioning, in courteous terms, about the insufficiency of the delivery regarding (1) tone of drafting, inappropriate to the situation (2) style, with mistakes (3) contents, unlikely to reach the objectives, I obtained the replied about 'proper legal terminology'. The level of hypocrisy was such that the implicit message, 'you little piece of ignorant [whatever expletive], you will never understand law half as much as I do, and you better [similar to keep silent] up', was not even uttered.

When asking, twice, about the complaint procedure, it is interesting to see that the person in charge of complaints is none other than the person who failed to deliver. No response was given to the complaint. And this profession claims to represent such virtues as ethics, justice, honesty and state of law.
